Commander Obi-Wan
The preqeuls only became significant for the creation of Plo Koon, Kit Fisto and Mace Windu, apart from that, no they were not needed. Plo Koon and Kit Fisto barely had anything to do with the prequels. Without the prequels there would be no: -Clones -CIS -Jedi Temple/Council -Darth Maul Much more than that. Too may to list. El Sitherino
I can't believe people don't recognize the supreme badassitude that is Qui-Gon ****ing Jinn. Granted Liam Neeson made the character what he is, but that's beside the point.

The Doctor
The prequals were great in theory, but I think that a better job could have been done on all of them, especially AotC.
Commander Obi-Wan
They might remake them....not totally, but they might.
Aayla Secura
They had better not remake any Star Wars movies! They are original and they should stay that way.
Hallucination
^Rewatch TPM. That needs serious remaking, without Jar Jar Binks.
Aayla Secura
I liked the Phantom Menace... Jar Jar Binks was a little weird, though. There have been a lot of parodies of him.

Jan Gaarni
Have you seen the movies? There's the reason.
Aayla Secura
I don't know why he didn't make em in the fiirst place! Was there a reason? He just wanted to make a quick movie. He had no idea that it would become so popular. He started out with 4, 5, 6 because in 1977 they didn't have very good graphics. You know... No computers. So he made 4 without computers. He used little models and drawings. And people in outfits... After Star Wars became such a big hit, he decided to continue and make 5, & 6. When he finally got the tech he needed, he created Phantom Menace in 1999. Following that, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith.
SarahSkywalker
I think it was a good idea because it helped bring a new generation of SW fans into the fold and it was just so good to see SW in the cinemas again. It was also worth it to find out how Anakin became DV and all the background information towards that.
