Didn't the droid, once repaired, kick the astromech? Also, when it showed the movie of Saul telling Malak that the bombing of Taris had begun, I caught a glimpse of my party standing at the door to the bridge on the Leviathan. Does the mod that lets you take her with you reopen this dialogue choice? It's on the Pc game. When you get Bastila warp to Korriban with Bastila and Carth get the token then bring it to the SIth Gaurd ( Or whatever) the you then you get the dialogue.
