I'm working on the Menu splash screen. It'll be the Ebon Hawk Cockpit. I'm modeling it now and then I'll texture then render it. I'll have the window areas marked off to be transparent so that you cna see the space battle.

 

You could work on the Buttons though on the menu.

I'm making a model and then rendering it so that it will be a picture. That's a great way to get the best detail on something. That's how artists do it in movies and pictures and shows nowadays also. A lot of things are 3D'd.
