Star Wars: The Sith Resurrection Part II: Rise of the Jedi

Recommended Posts

As Komad and Greea entered the back room, memories flooded back into Komad's head. It was three years ago, on a Sith Star Destroyer called the Tormentor. Komad had been taken hostage by a Kaleesh Sith Lord named Mycaen nai Peelal, but was now attempting to escape from the Detention block. During his escape, he had freed a family of four Rodian smugglers, including Suvam and Besha, his future parents-in-law, his future wife Greea, and one of his future two brothers-in-law Matu. Things had changed so much since then. Suvam and Besha were now respected enterpreneurs on Coruscant, Greea was now a Jedi Knight, and Matu was out trying to rescue his boyfriend from the Sith. "It's a pleasure to see to you in person again." Suvam said as Komad and Greea sat down at the table. "Likewise." Komad replied.

"Well Father, you've brought us here. What's the deal on the job this time?" Greea had not lost her habit of speaking like a smuggler. True that she had changed in three years but sometimes it came back when she felt relaxed or it was a familiar setting. All the while she was waiting for her father to respond, she had the nagging feeling that Alkea was doing something that was not right.

Greea looked at the holocron in puzzlement. She hadn't a clue as to how to open it and was embarrassed to ask the question. She did ask, "Have you seen him use it?"

Alkea swept through the finish with a record breaking time admist the cheers of the swoopers. She hopped off the bike and gave a slight bow. She walked up to her opponent and asked, "So where's my payment?"

"No. I hadn't seen it before he ran away. It is similar to other Jedi Holocrons in design, so I'm guessing it opens similar, but it will only open to someone Force Sensitive with the blood of me and your mother running through their veins, and that narrows it down to you." Suvam said. "I think your husband might know more about how to open it though." Komad then spoke up. "If this is like any other Jedi Holocron, all you have to do is place your hand on the base and it will activate." Komad stated, hoping he was right.

((Thanks Alkonium! Also, can you tell me where they are right now?))

A man in a cloaked robe was wandering in the streets of Coruscant. He was Reyvan Skyrider. Not many people noticed him, for they were busy with their own lives. He entered a nearby cantina and sat down. A waitress quickly attented him.

"What is it, sir?" She asked politely. Reyvan knew she deserved best, he just needed to look on her eyes, but he couldn't do anything.

"A Juma Juice please," He ordered, politely as well. The waitress quickly gave it to him.

He knew something was going to get real wrong, real quick.

"Thanks for the payment flyboy," Alkea replied and pocketed a datapad. She gave a demure smile at the swoop racers.

As she was leaving, the leader grabbed her arm and said, "Wait. Anyone who rides a swoop like that has to wear the mark of the three nines." He took off a bandana he had been wearing around his neck and handed it to her. "You in any trouble, give us a call on the channel two. Code word's 'swoop'"

Alkea had a strange look on her face. Never before had anyone just did that and she was at a loss for words. She did manage to say, "Thanks. Keep that in mind."

"As long as you race with us Jedi, you are welcome."

"Right and the race is hidden," Alkea smiled and turned to walk away. She headed for the Hunter's Bounty to give Komad what she found, or rather won.

"If that's the case, then maybe we should open it now," Greea replied. She paused before saying, "But I can't help but wonder if Alkea should see this. Maybe you can find out where she is?" She looked at Komad with an inquiring expression.

He grabbed the glass containing the Juma Juice and drank it, clearly looking around. After he drank it all, he got up and walked up to the counter.

"Bartender," He told him, "Bartender."

He unhooked his lightsaber and smashed it in the counter and the bartender quickly faced around.

"What is it, did my wife sent you?" He asked Reyvan.

"No, i'm looking for two Half-Human Half-Twi'leks, a man and a woman, possibly accompanied by a female Rodian," Reyvan told him.

"You mean my wife?"

"Let's not go there," Reyvan said, waving his hand.

"Yes, let's not go there. Huh, i never saw them, but your best bet is the lower levels," He said to Reyvan.

"Thank you," He said, bowing.

"Just don't tell my wife!" He told Reyvan as he sighed.

Reyvan was almost in the door when he sensed two humans, possibly Bounty Hunters.

"Hey, where are you going? The party is still beginning!" He told Reyvan, stinkin' drunk.

"Get lost," He told them, recklessly.

"Get lost? You're the one who is getting lost buddy!" He shouted, both of them taking out two blasters. He quickly withdrew his lightsaber, a silver blade coming out. He deflected the blaster shots, and while cutting the hands of one, pushed the others blasters out of the window. The crowd quickly turned their attention to him.

"Sith spit!" He shouted, running as fast he could.

Memo to self. Never use Lightsaber in public place and never, EVER go to Cantina's anymore.

(Off-Topic: Thanks Alkonium. I'll make my Characters go someplace that none of the other Characters are one.)

Yado took Karn to the Planet, Dagobah. This was the Planet, Master Yoda had been on for over twenty years. Of course, Yoda had died due to natural causes, but Yado could still feel his prescence.

"Master, I don't mean to be rude, but why are we here?" Karn asked.

"Dagobah this Planet is," Yado told his curious apprentice, "Lived here, Master Yoda did."

"Did?" Karn asked, "What do you mean?"

"Died of natural causes, he did." Yado told him.

Yado piloted the X-Wing near the murky water and got out. He would train Karn here, until either the Jedi or the Republic called for them.

(Off-Topic: If Alkonium's Character calls for me, I'll come.)

Alkea had entered the Hunter's Bounty only to be assumed that she was one of the entertainment. A drunken core slime made a grad for her but she artfully dodged him as she headed towards the bar. She didn't expect to be grabbed from behind and held. She could smell the sweetness of the alcohol as he said that she was to give what he asked for. She said clearly, "You'll get what you deserve." With a quick movement, she stepped and flung the drunk over her shoulder forward. Another, the drunk's friend, tried to hit her but she was quick. She bumped into another patron who swung at the guy next to him. Within seconds, a fight broke out.

Greea cracked the door open a bit to see if the coast was clear. What she saw stopped her from moving. All she said was, "I think Alkea's up to something."

Reyvan had been escaping for a good time now, and catched his breath, leaning against a wall. He rented a speeder and hoppped on. He started flying to the Lower Cities, hoping to find the ones he had met on Taris, but this time, STAY with them.

((Also, i've decided to have another character, if it's not too much. Here he is:

R3-T5

Species: Droid

Gender: Male programming

Homeworld: Coruscant

Faction: Third Galactic Republic, Jedi Order

Class: Astromech Droid

Weapon: Blaster Pistols

DOB: Unknown))

Reyvan had entered many cantinas, but still, nothing.

"Only one more. The Hunter's Bounty. Catchy name," He said as he walked in. Turned out a fight had just broke out, and blaster bolts were flying everywhere. Reyvan simply walked by them, still hooded. He then reached a half-human half-Twi'lek and Rodian couple.

Hmm, it must be them, He thought to himself.

"Excuse me, are you not Komad and Greea Kaltas?"

Greea replied, "Maybe it wasn't entirely her fault. After all she is half Twilek and this is a cantina." She stopped when the person approached them and asked who they were. She looked at the person as if trying to see his intent and decided to let Komad answer the questions.

Alkea was annoyed. After she started the fight when that core slime didn't let her go, she tried to make her way towards the bar to better see Komad and Greea. She didn't get very far when she was accosted by several others. Not wanting to reveal her lightsaber, she fell into an unarmed combat stance. She held her own easily and the three years on Dagobah proved it. She was fast and strong even though she was small. Using a combination of hand and foot movements, she kept her persuers at bay while trying to find her brother.

"As much as we are pleased to meet you, we have a situation that requires attention," Greea responded politely but distracted. She had seen Alkea holding off several drunken patrons as well as Komad. She asked Komad, "What do we do?"

Alkea felt a surge of pleasure at toying with the drunks. She had managed to grab a wooden staff and was weilding like a weapon. She had given a few drunks a headache to add to their hangovers and now she was on top of one of the tables knocking hands away. She spotted her brother and his wif but ignored them, concentrating on keeping the drunks back. Come to join the party Brother?, she sent.

"Oh yeah, just a minute," Reyvan told them, taking off his cloak and backflipping, kicking one in the face.

"Well, this surely beats lightsaber combat," He grinned. Drunk patrons where easy to fight since they were drunk, and very funny to toy around with. Reyvan had crouched and tripped a incoming one. He then turned around, grinned and Force Pushed another.

As the fight began, outside a statilight was barely visable. It hovered high above the cantina as he took scans of the building and the lifesigns inside. It then sent a message to a large container ship. "Target's found. Sending coordinantes now. Head to the location and release Droideka Mk.IV!."

((Droideka Mk.IV are like the orginal Destroyer Droids expect they have much better sheilds and then they roll into the ball, they can hover like Probe Droid.))
