JediMaster12
That's a good idea Pottsie and I might consider it to. My head is full of things you don't want to know about. That's why Directrice Jae puts me on a strict regimen. Enough about that. I have done it and have officially completed my first diddy concerning entirely of my favorite assassin droid HK-47. Sorry RC, you can't send him after me now. I used Sting's song Every Breath You Take. I hope it sounds right because I don't have the music and haven't heard it in awhile. I did have someone beta it so it's gotta be OK. As far as dedications go I dedicate this to both igyman and RC because of their love for homicidal droids. Enjoy. Every Gun He Takes Every gun he takes Increasing the stakes Every bone he breaks, every shot he takes He’ll be hunting you Here on Tatooine Raidin’ the Dune Sea And he pulls his gun while the raiders run He’ll be hunting you Oh, he takes aim The intent to maim With his sniper rifle With no little trifle Home on Korriban And he likes Yuthura Ban Every gizka he bakes, every kill he makes He’ll be hunting you Since he longs to terminate a meatbag He begs all hours and finds it a drag He searches high and he searches low Quivering to give the final blow He keeps begging Revan, he’s begging On Manaan’s blue sea A prevented spree And his poor core aches With the scope he makes Here on the Ebon Hawk To Canderous he’ll talk ‘Bout the good ole days every time he says He’ll be hunting you Every shot he takes, every kill he makes He’ll be hunting you

Jae Onasi
Hehe, that song worked out really well with those lyrics. I love the 'every shot he takes, every kill he makes, he'll be hunting you'. I can hear Sting singing that variation.
JediMaster12
Thank you Directrice. I know that my insanity is reaching controllable levels with you monitoring it I have an idea of one for Canderous and Mandalorians in general. I am looking at Everything I Do, I Do it For You. It just came to me while I was taking my GRE today.
igyman
Yes!! Now this is one great HK diddie! Very very nice! I could hear the music as I read it.

JediMaster12
Your welcome RC and igyman. My next number is one involving Canderous and Mandalorians with Everything I do (I Do It For You) and I have one concerning the F Exile and Atton with the song Faith of the Heart. Rakata Prime with Kokomo, another Beach Boys song. Yep I am wide spread about it.
CSI
Looking forward to your next poem. Well, I like the songs. Good idea though. [Last post today, and I have to meditate.]
JediMaster12
Well. I wrote another diddy and this time it's to Rod Stewart's Faith of the Heart. For some reason the insane idea ran through my head that I should write something concerning the Exile and Atton. A little on the romantic side but given the circumstances for the tune...and it has opinions from both characters. There is one line in there that is my personal favorite because it fit so well and I've seen it so many times mentioned in fics on KFM. Enjoy Faith in Our Love It’s been ten years Traveling through the Outer Rim So long a time Until we met on Peragus here And I could feel my heart come alive at last But I am a Jedi My heart’s become too wild now And he’s there right by my side (Chorus) Facing the threat of the Sith Lords And going where the Force will take us With Mira and Bao-dur Searching for the Lost Jedi From Telos to Korriban We learn more about each other Ignoring the old Jedi witch With of faith Faith in our love I’ve been here a long time Rotting in this prison cage Playing pazaak here Alone in my own mind Then she came running through the door There in her underwear And I felt he urge to help her then Though I didn’t think of love (Chorus) I know I’ve killed Jedi My soul is dark inside But she gave me another chance I can’t blow it now I’ve been chased through space And I’ve seen all the death With him I’m free (Chorus)
Diego Varen
Another good diddy JM12. Looking foward to seeing more and I should plan my Christmas diddies.
igyman
Nice, JM12, very nice. Unfortunately, I don't have much more to say, except: keep it up.
JediMaster12
Since when did you say much igyman? It's ok. I know you like them but I still hold that Will I Survive is my best. I just can't get that free food line out of my head. I'm working on my Kokomo one. There is one set of lines in the tune that has me stumped but I'll see it through. CSI
Yeah, good poem or lyric, or both. eh, all I can say is keep it up. I agree with igyman.
JediMaster12
CSI: I call them diddies because that is exactly what they are. They are the insane drabbles of a slowly going insane college student who is looking for a way for her to relieve the stress. It's nowhere near as good as Wierd Al but it was his songs that inspired me to write these diddies.
SithAramis
Is there laughing gas somewhere? My brother and I laughed so hard, we almost fell off our chairs. 'Fun, Fun, Fun' drove us nuts. And I let my brother read 'Every Gun He Takes'. Oh boy! Now for 'Faith In Our Love', I wasn't too sure of that song. I am not a big Rod Stewart fan. Excellent work JM12. JediMaster12
It's been some time since I wrote another diddy with being busy writing research papers, booking rooms for performers and writing another chapter and preparing to graduate this June. Still I managed to come up with a brand new diddy. First off I would like to extend any apologies to hardcore fans and to Ray Parker. This diddy is a spoof to the Ghostbusters theme. On another note I do not claim any responsibility for any damage done to your home computer because you cannot control the flow of liquid from your mouth. With that said, here it is: Jedi Knights The Sith are awake in the galaxy Who are we gonna comm? JEDI KNIGHTS The only ones who could stand their fury They are called JEDI KNIGHTS They will fight the Sith They will fight the Sith The Sith are making chaos everywhere Here they come JEDI KNIGHTS Their leader built a destructive sphere And we comm JEDI KNIGHTS They will defeat the Sith They will defeat the Sith Who comes to the rescue? JEDI KNIGHTS If you find yourself alone facing at Sith You comm JEDI KNIGHTS They will kick Sith butt Guardians of peace and justice They will kick Sith butt So who’ll come? JEDI KNIGHTS If you get your right hand cut off You comm JEDI KNIGHTS The baddies will run now The light side never felt so good They will find the Sith They will find the Sith Don’t try to catch a Sith Lord JEDI KNIGHTS When they try to choke you and you don’t know what to do You should comm JEDI KNIGHTS They’re gonna come JEDI KNIGHTS Who do they comm? JEDI KNIGHTS Here they come JEDI KNIGHTS Swinging their sabers JEDI KNIGHTS
Diego Varen
It has been some time JM12. I like this Diddy. Even though I haven't heard the Ghost Busters theme for a while, I could hear this Diddy playing in my head. Looking foward to more.
JediMaster12
Thanks Pottsie. I couldn't get the song out of my head after watching both movies and I felt the need to do something with it. I can say that it still runs through my head but I no longer have it interfering with other things.
SithAramis
Hahahah!!! Ouch! Laughing too hard. Need...more...oxygen...to the...brain. Wooooo!!! Yes! That's better. That ranks right up there with, 'I Will Survive.' WOH!! Tee Hee!!
JediMaster12
Ok I have gone off the deep end I think... Have you ever wondered what the padawans did behind the master's backs? Well this brand new diddy will tell you. Based upon the number A Hard Knock Life from the Broadway musical Annie, It's A Jedi's Life tell you what the padawans think of the Jedi Order at their young age. For all those who love Atris and Vrook, my apologies but it couldn't be helped. It’s a Jedi’s Life It’s a Jedi’s life for us It’s a Jedi’s life for us Stuck up masters, arrogant monks Meditation, we are stuck It’s a Jedi’s life Got no chance to laugh near them We act like drones near them Austere faces instead of smiles No emotions, none for miles It’s a Jedi’s life Master Atris warns against the darkside Every day we have to the books She says the downfall will we our pride It’s easier than dealing with old Vrook Kavar believes in teaching by doing Lonna Vash encourages us to think Zez-Kai-Ell speaks through his sparring With them our life doesn’t have to stink—oh Meditation life Austere boring life Full of lecture life A Master Vrook life Love we never get to feel Love? What’s that? Get real Vrook’s presence serves to smother When you’re in the Jedi Order It’s a Jedi’s life Malak (imitating Vrook): You’d do well to keep your emotions in check. Serena/Exile (imitating Atris): Do you mock the Jedi Order? Hide the pins for her hair Make him growl in despair Did you ever meet a perfect pair? The Padawans: Yes masters. It’s a Jedi’s life for us Their rules serve to smother When you’re in the Jedi Order It’s a Jedi’s life It’s a Jedi’s life It’s a Jedi’s Life!!! Diego Varen
I haven't heard the proper version of this song, but I like it anyway. It's been a while since the last diddy and this Thread is back with a good diddy. Looking foward to more.
JediMaster12
You need to get out more Topsite. This number was second on the annoying songs list in my book. I actually worked on the production crew and was in the pit orchestra when my high school drama club put this production on. At least our Annie was cute if not annoying I have another idea for another number of this musical. It is to to be to the tune Little Girls. Only this time I'll call it Little Droids. With that said, no I will not bash our beloved HK. In fact I have an idea to emulate him a bit.
igyman
Nice ones, JM12. Though I noticed about two typos in the last one. Keep up the good work.
JediMaster12
Alright ye huddled masses I have returned back on track with a new edition to my diddies thread. This one comes from another one of my favorite musicals called Guys and Dolls. Yeah I like Marlon Brando and Frank Sinatra. So Sue Me Anyway, have you ever wondered what Revan was thinking about before he went with Malak and the Exile to join in the Mandalorian wars? Written to the number entitled The Oldest Established, these three young Jedi hear it from each other and their peers why they should go to war. This is done to the version produced for video by MGM and is called the The Oldest and Lasting. As a reminder: Revan and the Exile are both male. The Oldest and Lasting Exile: The Masters want us to stay Malak: That won't keep Mandalorians at bay Revan: And they want us to wait, with the Republic as bait Exile: Master Kavar will understand the call Malak: But Master Vrook holds the ball Revan: And the way things are now, Master Atris says no Exile and Malak: So the call to aid is a must Revan: But te masters say we will bust Jedi Peers: Look it's good ole Jedi Revan Revan, Revan, Revan the best If you want a challenge He'll give you a shot Against the Mandalorians he'll make them rot For it's good ole Jedi Revan And those brutes he'll lick Showing that nothing ever defeat us the Republic There are Jedi who will gladly follow you We will follow you to there And an awful lot of trouble and the fellow'll make it double Rev- Exile and Malak and Revan: If the masters'll let go we could end this war Jedi Peers: -aan Yes it's good ole Jedi Revan Revan, Revan, Revan our man Revan: If you want to aid our friends I'll make it so we got to the end Jedi Peers: And we'll follow ole Revan And the enemy's butt we'll kick Proving for once and for all we are the Republic When do we go? When do we leave? Exile and Malak and Revan: Gotta go to the front or the Republic'll burn All: And we will help the oldest and lasting friend the Republic!
