Char Ell
I just read I, Jedi by Michael A. Stackpole. The protagonists' biological grandfather was a Corellian Jedi named Nejaa Halcyon who married a woman named Scerra. According to the novel Nejaa Halcyon served in the Clone Wars and was killed shortly thereafter.

Palpatine_dc
In the Old Republic marriages were forbidden but Jedi Master Ki-Adi-Mundi was granted exeption to that rule due to the low Cerean birthrate and had 4 wives and 7 children. Other Jedi known to be married are mentioned above. Jedi romance was more common: Shaela Nuur and Duron Qel-Droma Master Tholme and Master Tr'a Saa Quinlan Vos and Khaleen Hentz Obi-Wan and Siri Tachi Qui-Gon Jinn and Jedi Master Thal and it's hinted that there might be something between Aayla Secura and Kit Fisto The New Jedi order was more tolerant with more Jedi mariages like: Corran Horn and Mirrax Terrick Kam Solusar and Tionne Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade Leia Organa and Han Solo (with Leia becoming a full Jedi Knight in the Dark Nest trilogy) Daye Azur-Jamin and Tinian I'att

Palpatine_dc
I got the info about Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan from the New Essential Chronology. Originally this comes from the Scolastic Books: Jedi Apprentice series, a line for younger readers. Not very popular, but still considered canon. jonathan7
Qui-Gon marrying i can take as he was a maverick, but if Obi-Wan married, why doesnt he live with her on tatooine? im affraid cannon or not Obi-Wan cant of married as thats jus silly!!! lucas should take that back! Palpatine_dc
I never said they were married. Read my first post again: Jedi ROMANCE. Meaning 2 Jedi (or 1 Jedi and 1 non Jedi, if you want to be picky) fall in love and do what lovers are supposed to be doing. After all, attachments are forbidden, but that doesn't mean a Jedi has to take a vow of chastity.
