XioJade
Okay, the Star Maps I got so far are in this order: 1.) Dantooine 2.) Kashyyk 3.) Manaan But when I try to go back to the submersible to leave Manaan and go to Korriban to get it's Star Map, I get attacked by Darth Bandon and his minions. I am a fully Dark Side female named Jade and I have Juhani and Jolee in my party. I have Master Flurry, Master Power Attack, and Master Critical Strike. The Force Powers I have are Choke, Force Lightning, Horror, Heal, and alot of others. I also have a double-bladed red lightsaber that does 3-26 damage, so it's really good. Jolee has a blue and purple lightsaber that both do 2-16 damage and Juhani has the Echani Ritual Brand wich does 3-13 damage. I am equipt with the Dark Jedi Master Robe while Juhani and Jolee are both equipt with Dark Jedi Knight Robes. Jolee and Juhani also have a variety of powerful Dark and Light Force Powers, as well. I also have the Stabilzer Mask equipted so Bandon can't cast Horror on me but he still kills me. What's an easy way to kill him? Please help. Point Man
Welcome to the Forums! I like to have every member of my party lob a plasma grenade in the first round. Usually, that takes him out right away. It has to be in the first round, though, because he will close to melee range quickly. Also, as with any boss battle, when you get the autopause activate shields on everyone and use your stimulants. When you find yourself getting low on health, pause and use a medpac from the inventory screen. It won't take up a combat round that way. Don't bother with offensive force powers against Bandon; he will almost always save against them. Do you have any crystals in your lightsabers? Those damage totals seem low. slaytan
I always had a little trouble fighting him too. You can run from him, he'll pop up someplace else though. If you beat him there on Manaan though, he gives up a glitched saber. If you leave the original red crystal in it, all the normal power crystals have different stats, some better, some worse. It'll show up in your inventory seperate from any other red double bladed sabers. So you can set it up with mediocre crystals and get a pretty good saber, while giving all the better crystals to other characters. Just keep plugging away at him, use lots of shields, medpacs and heal a lot. Your force powers don't normally work on him unless you have huge wisdom stats. Emperor Devon
If anyone in your party is skilled with demolitions and you have the patience, you could load a save before your encounter with Bandon and place mines all around the hallway. When he attacks, run away and he'll follow you through the mines.
Clone L68362
Even though you can build your party anyway you want, I'm assuming this is your first time or you wouldn't really be asking for help. So, I'll point out some things that might be working against you. 1. Juhani is a Jedi, so you could equip her with lightsabers. She'd do more damage, and one time I even had Juhani single handedly (well, there was a Whirlwind or Wave from my other characters) kill Bandon and his lackeys with Master Speed. 2. Jolee...umm...Consulars, for a reason I can't remember, are always thought of as single saber users, probably because two lightsabers are only efficient for a character that focuses on combat. Also, since he is a nuetral Consular, you can pick dark side powers if you want for him, but I like him better with the universal and light side powers. 3. It might also depend on your charcter, as it's a no brainer that you will be the most powerful of the group. What feats you have, force powers you have, what class you are would be useful information so we can help you easier.
Mace MacLeod
*rehash mode* Those damages do seem quite low. Kit Juhani up with lightsabers, and IIRC Jolee comes with the dueling feat so it makes more sense to have him as a single saber wielder. Stick some crystals in those sabers already. Micromanage your team. Make sure they're all targeting the same guy at the same time. Force powers are pretty useless on Bandon's party unless your wisdom is ridiculously high, so don't bother using up an attack turn trying to horror him or something. As soon as the cutscene ends, pause. Turn on whatever shields your guys have on, use whatever force buffs they have. Have everyone lob the most powerful grenades at Bandon as soon as you unpause. And the old standby--attack *pause* medkit *pause* shield *pause* attack...repeat until Bandon is pwned.
milo
Just turn down the difficulty to easy if you're still having trouble.
RC-1162
use Jolee and cast a Stasis on him and if possible, on his minions, then use master flurry and master critical strike.
psychomonkey62
Juhani with the Echani Ritual Brand?! You get that on Taris! Get some better weapons........
Maverick5770
Just use the attack, pause, item, attack, pause etc. Juhani is best wiht two lightsabers, Jolee with one, force powers hardly do anything on Bandon and His minions. Keep using shield that protect against electrical damage. A good grenade to throw at him is an adhesive grenade, if it sticks him, lob every single grenade you can at him. Good Luck! Revans disciple
Do you have Plague? If you do, use it, he cna't save against it's effects because it has the DC of a 100, and it'll weaken him from every attribute. Also Force Breach should do well, I think. And if you still have a save where you can choose your party members, use HK and T3. He can't use Death Field on them. So when Revan's dead, Bandon has no health source after you kill the minions. (I think I once saw him draining health from even them) Did that help?
Jediphile
Never had trouble with Bandon, so I'll just go over the general highlights - my apologies if this is rehash of what the others have said already: 1. Save before the fight, then buff up before it begins. Have someone use Energy Resistance (preferably Master Energy Resistance) on the group. This is a very valuable power that reduces damage from any energy source, including lightsabers and blaster fire. It also lasts throughout an entire battle (usually). Needless to say, all jedi should buff up with Force Resistance/Immunity and Knight/Master Speed, if they have it. Add other force powers as available. Feel free to activate any energy shields as well, if you have them. I rarely find them necessary, but if you're having trouble, it's certainly worth the effort of activating them. If you activate them just before a fight, they should remain active even beyond any dialogue. A hint of the dialogue is to push the button and skip through it - you've already heard it all (and know that it leads to battle), but your activated buff powers will last longer into the battle that way. No, it shouldn't be that way, but it is. 2. Give people the right weapons. All jedi should have lightsabers (with the possible exception of Jolee - I'll explain why in a bit) and attack the same target. Do not go straight for Bandon, though. Most boss battles feature a tough boss and some mediocre-to-good henchmen. The latter may not seem so scary, but they can do a lot of damage over the course of a battle if you let them. Bandon is the boss, and he's not going to drop easily, so while you're busy bringing him down, his henchmen have free attacks on you as well as Bandon. Sure, Bandon is dangerous, but he will be so in any event. Go for his henchmen instead, taking them down one by one until Bandon is alone. It's simple strategy, where you limit the attack potential of the enemy as fast as possible. Bandon may have four attacks in a round, but you can't stop that. The henchman may each have, say, two attacks per round, but unlike Bandon you can kill one of them every round. Knock them all off until Bandon is all alone. Then you can pick him off at your leisure. 3. Make sure to have one jedi focus on force powers. Since you say your main character is DS, you might want to have Jolee in that role, since it'll be cheaper for him to cast Heal during battle. That's why I say he may not need a lightsaber (in the event that you don't have enough to go around). Don't hesitate to let Jolee use offensive powers, if he has them. Force push and its progression can be quite efficient at limiting enemy attacks, and it does damage too.
LordRevan123
You should have all of your party members put on shields and level up one of your party members when that person is near death. It would've been best if you had Bastila instead of Jolee in your group though. Since Jolee dies pretty quickly.
Vaelastraz
Bandon is really easy. First of all, did you learn Stasis with Jolee? I hope so. Use stasis to freeze Bandon's minions. Are you level 15? Then you should have skilled Force Wave and exploit it. Force Wave, throws back his minions and stuns them, allowing you to concentrate fully on Bandon. Use plague (or what its called) to weaken him, then go into combat as he will resist most force powers. I hope you have skilled Knight/master speed. That is a must for lightsaberists. With that, and Master Critical AND saber crystals which fit critical (there are many, who increase critical damage) you should slay down Bandon with a few attacks. Shields and stims are obvious... use them. You can ignore some energy saber damage that way.
