SilentScope001
Well, if I remember correctly, you can get a very, VERY powerful cyrstal if you are in-tune with the Grey Side. Here are some beniefts and downsides of playing as a Grey Jedi: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/s/starwarskotorsithlords/20050215-kotor2.htm
Fish.Stapler
Yeah, they give you a very buffed jedi crystal if you go grey. It compensates for the lack of prestige classes and missed opportunities like The sith tomb on Korriban . But, it doesnt really matter about those two things. Though prestige classes are indeed a great boon, it levels out in the end.
PoiuyWired
Well, you can go a bit jedi/sith to get the prestige class, then go back to the grey ways.
Lord Foley
Sentinels aren't a prestige class. Either you're not reached the level to become one yet, or you've not spoken with Kreia. It's impossible to miss them entirely, though. Incorrect. I missed the prestige class on my first play through. I played the entire game as a Jedi Consular, and then I got to the end and said, "Hm... I must have missed something here..."
Ctrl Alt Del
Yeah, that's right. Prestige class aren't necessary to complete the game. I've missed them once.
