He did have a mission, But it was cut from the final version of the game.

Would like to have HK-47 have special assassiniation mission as a side quest.

 

Would you like to be able to have HK-47 be altered so he has special feats to be used to kill force users?

I think HK-47 should go rogue and work for Czerka therefore he will have a lot more assassination missions
