Nedak
The police should be charged... This is horrible. Talk about ruining someone's life.
RedHawke
2 months to find out it wasn't cocaine? Maybe we need the CSI actors to actually do the real CSI work instead, they might be better.

Corinthian
I don't see a problem here. He was driving drunk. They assumed it was cocaine and were incorrect, but he still deserved the prison time. This isn't even a funny story.
Rev7
Hmmmm He deserved the time that he spent in jail for the drunk driving.
Da_man
Reason #2 of why I don't wear deodorant: Police could mistake it for cocaine. What took them two months to figure it out?

Istorian
Well they thought that maybe it is cocaine with deodorant, so they had to examine every granule separately...I bet this guy carries too much deodorant with him... |I|

This isn't even a funny story. That's not how the legal system works. He would have gotten less time (if no time) in jail if it was is first DUI. A jail for a week would have been the best thing. Not prison or for 2 months.
El Sitherino
Did they not taste test it? Coke tastes like novacaine, because they're basically the same thing. Silly cops.
