The kind of man who never should have been a parent to begin with and who belongs in jail for child abuse, child endangerment, and abject stupidity. I understand alcoholism is a disease and can be sympathetic about the problems associated with it. However, that does not mean the guy who's drunk needs to get behind the wheel and drive. He certainly should never have put his 9 year old behind the wheel--that's just insane.

I hope this guys kids get sent to a better home then the one they are at now. it's possible the guy may get drunk and do it again, and the next time he might not be so lucky

Looking over the article, it doesn't say that the Father forced his 9year old to drive him to wherever he was going. All it says is that it happened, so how is there abuse? Should this guy have his head examined? You betcha! However, isn't Child Abuse going a little bit far??? Oh well, still a funny story. Who in Dante's Nine Circles is Pat Altmann and why do we care about him?
