I'm a fan of GRAW 2. :p It would've been MUCH better if ubisoft would've put in a matchmaking system similar to Halo, that's why i hardly play it, it's not hard to play, I just get sick of playing headquarters all the ****ing time-ESPECIALLY when I've paid for DLC that rarely gets utilized. :( The matchmaking system is fair.

Just a question, is ODST coming in a box set like regular video games or do you have to exclusively download it from Xbox Live? The reason why I'm asking this is because I just simply do not want to buy MS points when I could use the money I used to buy MS points to buy the actual game. Confusing sentence, I know.

yeah i will never get tired of halo it is the ultimate franchise next to star wars

Wow, do you honestly think this, or is it just some poor joke. Silent, brooding power armor guy with rifle and and a chip on his shoulder. How is that the ultimate series. More additions to the franchise are likely to bring more S.B.P.A.G with chips on their shoulders.

To put it bluntly... only 14 year olds with no clue think Halo is epic.

Thats not true, only 12 year olds....

Is this your view as well? I know lots of people over my age that think Halo is epic how about for example most of the people on Podtacular i listen to them in adition to Lucascast

Again, this is a joke right. Or do I seriously need to re-adjust my thoughts on the fate of humanity, and media.

I understand what you are saying to some degree but i still maintain that halo *did* have a good story untill it started being corrupted by the multiplayer craze then it started to decline a bit but what they are trying to do with reach and ODST is show other angles of the story so it isnt quite the same but it is still Halo and i disagree with your comment that it has "been done before"

You are right. Halo had a good storyline. It's sequels however....

And all games on the 360 seem to be corrupted by the multiplayer xbox live stuff.

I don't know what you mean by 'revolutionary' the story and stuff is all new, etc. I'm not sure what they can improve on or create to 'revolutionize' it. The main NEW thing that i liked about 3 was live co-op and being able to watch and save replays of matches. Also the party-up mode is nice in multiplayer. Not sure what they can do to improve single player, that has never been done before.

{Snip} Removed part of response to off topic post. Please feel free to PM this to the other party. -RH

I think going beyond a trilogy in a series is a wee bit overkill. Unless you have some revolutionary idea it kinda gets old. I like Halo, but what more can they do with it?

Like Star Wars?

This is of course the big problem with allot of new games, par a few, people really only see the multiplayer experience. If I still had my 360 I may have picked up reach, but its doubtful.

in that case it did it had theater forge and several new ways to play single and multi-player

Sorry, what? Forgive me because I haven't played halo 3 in quite some time, but the whole game is just shoot shoot shoot shoot. The story was bad as well. The only reason I beat the campaign was because I had a friend to play it with me, and we beat it on legendary the first day, so we found it lacking in difficulty. Please go into more detail about what was new and revolutionary about the single player.

He may be referring to the playing single player over live, and the other way, playing single play over live with douche bags.
