Though he did die in Hard Merchandise it took about a thousand mercs to kill him. (And even then he killed about 90% of them). Second would be Jango Fett, as he was good enough to be voted Mand'alor by the Mandalorian clans. The Boba Fett, as he survived digestion by a Sarlacc, and the subsequest bombing raid of the Dune Sea. The durge. He killed Mand'alor 3000 years before the clone wars, but was topped by Kenobi (but not before wiping out a squad of elite ARC troopers).
