cossack1812
Hey I heard that there is going to be a meteor shower on Monday morning at about 4/5(thats the time its happening where i live) Except it looks way too cloudy for any kind of good veiw. How many of you are going to watch it? Just wondering because i have never seen any kind of thing like this and from what ive heard from friends its really good
OnlyOneCanoli
It's happening Sunday morning 5AM, at least in South Florida. I probably won't unless I get an exact time.
Millions o' Monkeys
3 am monday (tommorow) i dont think i will watch it...any way if the weather stays as it is then i doubt it will be much good to watch

CaptainRAVE
Will I see it in the UK?? Actually even if it was happening over the UK we wouldnt get to see it. Everytime there is a meteor shower or a rare eclipse that we'll never get to see again its always cloudy . We then have to see it on the news, but it doesnt have the same affect
StormHammer
Well, I saw the tail end of the last eclipse...even took a photo, but they wouldn't process it because they said it was too dark. I also saw Halley's comet when it came around...and I've seen a few meteor showers over the years. And I'm living in Wales (Valleys). Guess I've been lucky. I think I'll keep my eyes peeled tonight...
CaptainRAVE
Your lucky. In South Wales we always seem to have bad weather when something special like this happens
Agen
Well good for yous because i live in scotland it's hardly ever a clear sky. I saw the moon go red but that's only the once. I'd imagine u get pretty decent weather compared to here. All it does is rain and pish
Darth Simpson
I didn't really see anything tonight. A few more than usual, but nothing spectacular.
OnlyOneCanoli
I saw it. I saw probably about 50 of them and went to bed. Pretty cool because I've never seen a "shooting star," but it wasn't 70 per second as my local news station claimed it would be.
StormHammer
Don't worry guys. It's totally clouded over where I am right now...so I won't get to see it. Make the most of it... Oh, and Terminator...it mostly rains in Wales too. In fact, it's been known to snow in the Valleys when it's fine everywhere else.

Hmmm...sometimes they try to make sure a game is released simultaneously. I hope that's the case with JK2. If it is delayed over here...well, I guess I'll just have to grin and bear it. Hopefully they should have released a demo before then...so I'll get hold of that and play through it. I might also play some MotS and Heretic II on the run-up...just to get back into the swing of things.
Darth Simpson
Or, you could just import it...

Agen
Yeh, I've been told that it's 1-2 months after the american the we get it in uk and THEN aussies will get it. This is pretty sick because it's unfair because it's nfair to UK/Aussies/rest. I hope they change their mind and release it worldide at the smae time but i don't know. If it is i'll jsut have grind my teeth to nothing of people enjoying themselves on these forums! AAGH can't stand the though ofi t!!! Darth Simpson
I wish...but the shipping costs and taxes etc., would probably come to more than the game cost in the first place. Hmmm, didn't think of that. Would be the same for me here in Norway I guess. Horribly expensive to import anything over $20. Bah!
