Compa_Mighty
Expected to release in May on the PC, Clone Campaigns is inspired by the large-scale battles in Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, as well as the classic and expanded Star Wars universe. Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns features 14 original single-player combat scenarios, new civilizations, environments, vehicles, and more than 200 new units. By adding the expansion pack to Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, in both skirmish and multiplayer modes, players can mix and match civilizations from Attack of the Clones with those from the classic Star Wars universe Let's make some guessing: the new civs must be from Episode 2 Presumably Kaminoans, and Geonosians. But they also say it is inspired in the classic trilogy and EU, so, making some math (200 new units) there are about 4 new civs!* Which would still leave some space for Mon Calamari and Chiss/Yuuzhan Vong. (That's my guess) New Environments? Geonosis. Kamino. Maybe my orange cloud terrain *NOTE: 6 civs had 300 units
Havoc Stryphe
My guess as to the tew new civs: 1. Geonoasians 2. Old Republic or 2. Kaminoans or 2. Tusken Raiders (A bit of a stretch, but if nothing else they would at least add more tantooine structures to the map editor!) Units for Geonoasians though would be tough, Technically they would have battledroids as well, beings they were the ones who build and designed them. But the TF already has those. I guess they would have the Super battle droids though. There is supposed to be some dog like flying creature that attacks Obiwan while he is spying as well. Their commander would be either Count Dooku or Poggle the Lesser, depends how LucasArts wants to Use Dooku. Their Bounty Hunter would be Zam Wessel look alike. The Old Republic would have clonetroopers, Jedi Starfighters and Clone Drop ships (They would Rock!), Senate guards (of course maybe add imperial guards to the empire than!) And if the Old Republic was a Civ, wouldn't they sort of have to add a coruscant tileset? That would be sweet! And of course a geonoasis tileset (which would be similar to a cross between Kessel and Tantooine) Added beast would include the Reek, Nexu, and the Acklay (How about running into them on the map?! ) Map editor units: Jango Fett, young Boba Fett, Zam Wessel, Mace Windu, PloKoon, Ki Adi Mundi, Senator Amidala, Bearded Obiwan, Teenage Anakin Skywalker, Typho (amidala's new bodyguard), Count Dooku, Female Tusken Raiders, Tusken Raider Children, Maybe some Kamino buildings/units/beasts for water maps, Cloning facility, Anakins Hot rod speeder, Zam's speeder, Count Dooku's Solar Sailor ship, Amidala's Noobian Senatorial StarShip (similar to the royal starhip from Ep 1, but with more engines[seen in trailor]), Darth Tyrannus (again depends how they handle Dooku/Tyrannus), landed Driod control spheres (like droid control ships from episode 1 without the arm extensions), Senator Jar Jar, Coruscant buildings, more Tantooine buildings, Tuken Radier huts/campsites... Oh, the possibilities!!!!!

Com Raven
It'll be Old Republic and Confederacy.... And why not like it, I loved the original game, so why not this one....
MercenaryI{aos
Two new civs. = 100 units. Toy box unit = approx. 44 new units. (if my idea works out) TC expansion pack had new units for the civs. (Halbiedier etc.) so say they add 7 new units (such as Air Cruisers)7x8=56! (btw this is just a guess) New units for each civ =

Guest DarthMaulUK
I'm just glad to see that Lucasarts are finally starting to listen to the playing community and if this continues, I can see Lucasarts returning from the bleak days into the new age! The 2 new Civs have more or less been given away with the new Concept Art and it will be good to see some new 'toys' to play with! Eets
Not neccesarily, DMUK. Lucasarts was planning on releasing several Episode II related games. This could just be one of them. However, they have done a great job in the past on listening to the fans for input on GBG.

Sithcloak
Did you look at the concept art? That blaster cannon in the second one, is that for the confederacy or the republic? Sithcloak
MercenaryI{aos
I believe it is Confederacy.
gl33gar
There'll be the Republic and Confederacy if you check the official site. I only know one new unit class so far, and it's the Air Cruiser, which looks interesting. New tilesets like Mon Calamari and Coruscant would be cool! (even though Mon Calamari would be almost entirely naval based)
CaptainRAVE
Heres some info LucasArts Doing Galactic Battlegrounds Add-On LucasArts Entertainment this spring will publish Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns, a collection of new scenarios for last year’s real-time strategy game. Expected to release in May on the PC, Clone Campaigns is inspired by the large-scale battles in Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, as well as the classic and expanded Star Wars universe. Clone Campaigns features 14 original single-player combat scenarios, new civilizations, environments, vehicles, and more than 200 new units. By adding the expansion to Galactic Battlegrounds, players can mix and match, in skirmish and multiplayer modes, civilizations from Attack of the Clones with those from the classic Star Wars universe. Clone Campaigns, as in its predecessor, is built on enhanced engine technology from Ensemble Studios’ Age of Kings. The expansion will feature numerous technical improvements including upgraded shields, power cores, and new effects. Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns requires a copy of the retail version of the original game in order to be played.

Guest PhantomMenace
Sadly there's only gonna be 2 new civs...Republic which will be a hybrid of galactic empire and trade fed and Confedracy which will prolly be a hybrid of Naboo's fluid design with the industrious look of the rebellion. I really wish they could squeeze in 2 more civs like mon cal and trandoshan, but i'm guessing they're prolly rushing to make the release date of the film and thus put the product on the market when interest is at its highest; so what we see now is prolly all we gonna get get. I guess i cant complain...8 unique civs will be cool, even if the 2 new ones will feel awful familiar. I didnt think Episode 2 would be any good without Darth Maul but hopefully they will have some kinda kick ass darth right before Vader sets up camp. Looks like the same good team will be back for this add on and im sure they can make even more tweaks and enhancements to the AOK engine so i think its gonna be a great game. I wonder what will the Confedracy and Republic have for mounted units???
