WARNING THIS WILL ONLY WORK IN PHOTOSHOP 6

 

So how did i make that cool effect? Read below and make sure you follow EVERY instruction...

 

  • Open photoshop, press 'd'
  • Switch the background and forground colours
  • Press Ctrl + N
  • Width 800 & Height = 300
  • RGB Colour & 72 pixels per inch
  • Press 't'
  • Put some text in
  • Ctrl + A
  • Layer > Align to Selection > Vertical Centers
  • Layer > Align to Selection > Horizontal Centers
  • Ctrl+Shift+C
  • Select Background Layer
  • Ctrl + V
  • Ctrl + E
  • Hide Type Layer
  • Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates
  • Polar to Rectangular option
  • Image > Rotate Canvas > 90° CW
  • Filter > Stylize > Wind
  • From Right
  • From Right
  • From Left
  • From Left
  • From Right
  • Image > Rotate Canvas > 90° CCW
  • Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates
  • Rectangular to Polar option
  • Filter > Blur > Radial Blur
  • Amount: 50, Blur Method: Zoom, Quality: Good
  • Make Type Layer Active
  • Switch the background and forground colours
  • Alt + Backspace
  • Layer > Duplicate Layer
  • Layer > Layer Style > Outer Glow
  • Blend-Mode: Screen, Opacity: 40%, Color: White
  • Technique: Softer, Spread: 0%, Size: 20px
  • Contour: Linear |/|, Anti-aliased: On, Range: 60%
  • F8
  • Ctrl + T
  • Move Center of Rotation (+) to the bottom-center node
  • Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical
  • Shift + Alt
  • Drag bottom right node until info reach 235%
  • Press 'T'
  • Window > Show Options
  • Press Text Warp button
  • Style: Arc, Bend: 0%, Horizontal Distortion: 0%, Vertical Distortion: -100%
  • Layer opacity to 50%
  • Select Background layer
  • Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Press 'M'
  • Drag out a box approx. 65x15
  • Ctrl + Backspace
  • Ctrl + D
  • Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur
  • Radius: 5
  • Layer opacity to 70%
  • Layer > Align to Selection > Vertical Centers
  • Layer > Align to Selection > Horizontal Centers
  • Select top layer
  • Click New Fill / Adjustment Layer Button
  • Hue/Saturation
  • Colorize: on, Hue: 210, Saturation: 100, Lightness: 0
