Scotchy Posted October 25, 2002 Posted October 25, 2002 I nominate keo and jedi_anakin_s Both post alot an a über anal-retentive when it comes to topics like spamming, improper thread locations and general assery on the forum. jedi_anakin_s has a bit of a flaming streak though, but nevertheless i think he could be prime mod material. I won't vote for bradfu because he has already expressed a lack of enthusiasm fo the job. CROSIS is also a very good candidate... I also vote for him.

Actually, I don't think that what I do is considered flaming (at least in my weird head) - it's stuff people should already know, i'm just "reminding" them. It came from a forum I moderate (which THIS forum won't let me link). Other such beautiful new words and phrases that have come from that board are: faggotry (no anti-homo connotations), nincompoopery, ... uh... forgot the good ones. Ah well.
Andy867 Posted October 26, 2002 Posted October 26, 2002 Apparently, I haven't made that much of an impact, but many of you who didn't notice, if it wasn't for me, there might not have been a request central made, but then again, it saved a lot of you fromg etting your request posts closed. But I am sure some of you noticed that requests made in this forum where either moved, or just downright closed with or without reason, although I dont see why we the Admins would need to give a reason. Because the new people should take the time to browse the rules of the forums before ever posting. That will save them a lot of time, some unnceccessary flaming, and really the chance of them being called N00B and such. But with this thread closed, I hope it will say something, as how there are plenty of Mods monitoring the Forums, you guys just never notice.
