Dragonlancer
Ok, we've devoted threads to plo koon, kit fisto, and even aayla securas 3 seconds of fame. Even you, agentsmith, have to admit that mace windu is pretty dang cool, so this is the semi-official Mace Windu thread.

MotionMan
I liked Mace windu since ep.1 Once I saw ep.2 I was totally amazed by good ol mace:) Him blocking the shots in mid air was awsome. The show stoper that made him one of my favorites was the Jango beheading:D
ckcsaber
I love his saber stance. By far one of the coolest stances and he got that kick ass golden hilt
Taos
AAAAhhhhh YES, home sweet home!! Surprisingly enough, this is the first thread I have seen of its kind!!! Mace Windu is the MAN!! (You ppl haven't heard that before have you ) I need to do my homework and find out a little bit more about him. I really don't know that much, like home planet etc. Once again, MotionMan hits the nail on the head with his comments about the Jango Fett sceen! Is he a bad@ss or what??? Darth Damage
it was a little wierd seeing sam jackson in a star wars flick i wasnt expecting that... but he portrays one damn good jedi second best bad mofor in the galaxie
AgentSmith
Samuel L Jackson did a great job portraying Mace Windu. Regardless of what some may say about his lightsaber techniques he actually is rather good. (Samuel L Jackson actually practices Kendo.) Plus Mace Windu is a Form VII instructor, a lightsaber Form which encompasses several other Forms. (Hence it's appearance as it is onscreen.) It's a very powerful Form. ckcsaber
There has to be a Windu vs. Dooku battle! Their 2 stances are perfect for each other
Sivy
i'm starting to think that maybe boba will kill mace, i mean was else it he going to do in the movie? it's been confirmed that boba will be in it. i would like to see mace take out dooku but i think it will be anakin that will kill dooku and take his place. p.s ckcsaber i like your 'kids in the hall' avatar, i haven't seen it for years

ckcsaber
I read about maces stance in the EP 2 visual dictionary. That book has a lot of stuff on each Jedi's fighting stance. Thanks Sivy. It was a great show and I'm still a huge fan of it. "I crush you!"
Darth Damage
I too am beginning to think that mace will be killed by boba, but it cant be in a one on one fight that would just be impossible. boba would have to get slopy seconds after vader or sidious or dooku. I want him do die in a tragic and meaningfull death he is such a great character to just kill off with no meaning(i know he is supposed to die anyway i just want it to be grand!) leXX
Yes, Mace is the Man, indeed, Sam is the Man! I have loved every film he has been in. One thing I want to know. We have all heard the rumour about him having BMF on his hilt, but is this actually true. Are there any pics of this? Is there any evidence to support it? Dragonlancer
Ok I have to discourage this notion of boba fett killing mace. George lucas himself said in an interview (I believe with our buddy steve from sw insider) "yes steve, boba will be in episode 3 but he will not have a role any bigger then that in episode 2" it may not be an exact quote but without going through my stash of insiders, I can't remember better. anyway, boba won't have a larger roll in ep3 then in ep2. personally, I feel we have to call the man (or woman) who kills mace windu will have to have a much larger roll. My guess, he covers yoda and obi-wan's escape and dies at either anakin's or sidious's hands.
Legacy_Of_Sith
I agree. No way is a kid who hasn't even gone through puberty gonna kill Mace.
Taos
Not a chance, there's no way a damn 12 yr old is gonna kill the second most powerful jedi in the universe!! Drangonlancer, good point about the story, he very well could die while trying to cover the escape of Obi-Wan and Yoda;) I'm still not sure who I think it will be that kills him though. I change my mind everyday on this......
