Just Kidding!!! This is my concept of the Anakin\Obiwan battle, where the Emperor resurects Anakin...

What do you think?

are you sure that's YOUR concept? i've seen that pic for a while on many different sites, many diff. people claiming it as there's, and ET Warrior is right, ANAKIN WILL NOT FALL INTO LAVA! just accept it people

Has anyone seen the melting pit, from the end duel of The Phantom Menace, actually activated?

When activated, a substance (unknown at this point) fills the pit, which becomes super-hot and deadly. Anakin is forced into this pit by Obi-Wan Kenobi at the end of Episode III, just before his duel with Darth Sidious, who then reveals himself to be Palpatine. Obi-Wan loses, escapes and leaves Palpatine to discover the battered Anakin, who has crawled from the pit, and rescue him. Armour given, Sith name taken, Darth Vader is born!

The scar across Anakin's head, seen in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, is from Obi-Wan's lightsaber. This is a brief strike across the forehead during the duel, which leaves Anakin dazed. This means that Obi-Wan is able to defeat him: after all, Anakin is more powerful, and should be able to kill Obi-Wan easily.

You see Sidious holding a curved lightsaber in this picture? Wrong: Darth Sidious uses a normal lightsaber, single blade, straight handle. Count Dooku, owner of a curved lightsaber, loses it during his duel with Yoda earlier on in the film: Yoda kills Dooku before leaving for Dagobah, and the curved lightsaber is lost, destination unknown.

ok, whatever, you didn't put much thought into that, that probably took you 2 min. to think up, so go sit in a corner :D, seriously, i don't think you're right though, anakin can not/will not fall into any sort of molten matter, earlier concept (just like obi-wan bein owen's bro., yeah right) he gets cut up w/ a saber and that's it, sorry to all those "fans" who think that a book that was ghost written 25 yrs. ago by someone that had nothing to do w/the movies will determine what happens, sorry, GL says what goes and what gets cut, he WON'T make anakin fall into lava, cuz it'd be contradicting to ROTJ, so i don't think he wants to do that just to satisfy a book's loose sketch

I am simply going to put my feet up, sit back and wait until 2005, when I will return to show you all this post and laugh in your faces as you suddenly realise that I am correct. Trust me, my friends, this will be the order of events in "Episode III" when released in 2005, and, if done correctly, should make a very entertaining film indeed.

Until 2005, then... I bid you farewell...

It is still the Day of Leaving, so I am permitted this last post under the orders drawn up prior to this typed message.

What makes you think I will return? This forum holds no place for me now, and if you are so hooked as to return every day then I have nothing but pitty for you and all who browse these pages. Try going outside, living life, maybe even making some real live friends (and not those found in cyber-space) to have fun with, or have you been shut up on your computer so long that sunlight hurts your eyes? No? Then why are you still here?

Farewell until the year 2005, my old friends, when we shall meet again at last. The circle will then be complete, and I will be the master!

Well I don't know why you guys think you are so right and that we are going to care when you leave. I think that people who say that we are losers and that we have no lives are the ones with no lives. I have friends outside of the internet. I think that if you have to come here and badmouth us then your the one that has no life and nothing better to do. I hope to see you in 2005 when the movie is out. I am going to laugh when you see that you were wrong and when you try to post here or when you dont come back at all. Thats just my views and I hope you don't think I'm a$$ but I am just telling the truth.
