Which one do you think is better. the only reason i ask iss because everyone bad mouths the other systems and it's starting to bug me. i wanna see what gets the most votes, and if possible, i want you to reply with the one you picked (although if you're ashmed to say what you voted for, go ahead and don't reply in this thread)

well it is not so much wich is better... its more like... what do you want to do with it :D

I mean.. i dont look at the system so much... i look at what games are available. Gamecube at this moment has only 3 cool games (at least that is what i think)

PS2 has a lot of COOL games.... AND! it will be able to support STar Wars Galaxies..

Xbox..... well. i heard a lot of negative stuff about the XBox. it crashes sometimes... and the games i have seen are not so great.. but.... just like the PS2... it will support Star Wars Galaxies.

So it realy is what you want.

If i had to decide what console to take... i would highly doubt between a Game cube or a PS2... most likely i would still take the PS2.

They're all good systems, all with their pros and cons.

Gamecube:

Has Mario, Rogue Leader, and Star Fox Adventures. Has alot of cool games i would think, but none of them interest me except maybe Rogue Leader. Get it only if you're a big fan of nintendo.

PS2:

Backwards compatability means more games. You can play DVDs on it. Has some pretty cool games for it, like the final fantasy ones.

Xbox:

The one i want most...

Not a super-great lineup of games this year, since it's only been out for a year. But next year it's getting Fable, B.C., Halo 2 (i think), and alot of other games. Has a harddrive, meaning you won't need to be buying memory cards every other game, and also has an ethernet card, meaning you can hook right up to a cable and play online. I haven't REALLY played the Xbox, but i've SEEN Halo on it, cause S1 taped himself playing it, and man...I want one. :D Fable and B.C. are the games that I really want for it, so I'm still thinking of when I'll get one.

PC:

Well, you can get a dell now for $600...

Atari actually has some cool games. I haven't played them in so long though.:(

And R15, I think the Cube didn't get any votes because it's probably the only one that can't play CD's or DVD's and it's based more towards younger kids.

PONG!!!!!

lol

I chose the PS2, because the Gamecube lacks many good games, and the XBox is as stable as Windows 98. I've seen an Xbox freeze twice without way of fixing for awhile, and have heard of one actually crashing and locking up completely. (good ole Microsoft, never disappoints when it comes to crashing)

If I have to choose a console, it's PS2. Really, I don't care that XBOX may have the potential to outperform the PS in some aspects; afterall, graphics don't make the game. That's one more reason why I like Sony's creation. Lots of titles, lots to play.

i remember a friend of mine told me a little story about the xbox. when it first came out, he went to his friends house and wanted to see what it was like, so they were sitting there playing. all of a sudden, they started to smell smoke and tehy were wondering where it was comming from. they look at the back of the xbox and it was on fire. they were sitting there watching it melt. i wish i was there watching it. the other thing i have to mention about the xbox is that i heard they bought out rare. if that is true, then what will happen to donkey kong?
