teutonicknight
So um... wheres the 1138 in Ep2? This thread posted at TheForce.net says that it's on the back of the Clonetroopers helments, but I can't see it. Can anybody else see it? And please, don't barge in this thread and tell me it's in the sand where Padme fall
Boba Rhett
It's in the sand where Padme fell. Just kidding. It says it on the clone trooper's helmets, I believe.
Tyrion
What is THX 1138? I know what THX is,a sound quality maker for the movies. But what does 1138 stand for?

teutonicknight
THX 1138 was GL's first feature film. It was base on a film he made in college. AgentSmith
Actually I think THX 1138 is on the back of all the Clonetrooper helmets as the red indicator light they have. The red light is supposedly shaped as THX 1138, but it's so tiny it's impossible to make out. (That's what I read, anyways.)
ImmolatedYoda
yeah, THX 1138 is kinda one of those easter eggs references that lucas puts in the SW movies to make people (like me) who actually recognize it laugh. he also seems to like the number 327. Sn1P3r JeD1
327? care to give an example?
BCanr2d2
Isn't it cell block 327 in ANH? THX - It is a Lucasfilms company, that accredits both locations and equipment that pass the certification tests for a certain level of quality in the reproduction of movies and sound...... ImmolatedYoda
well, ok, with 327 it might not be a movie thing, but i know from at least the SWCCG that there was docking bay 327 on the death star, landing platform 327 on cloud city. and BCanr2d2 might be right about the cell block. i dont know, it just seemed to me to be along the same lines as the THX 1138. i forget where 1138 is in the other movies, but it must be there. also like the "bad feeling" phrases...every movie.
