Taos Posted February 8, 2003 Posted February 8, 2003 I'm not sure who they are......they do look dangerous. I still can't wait to cut them in half though.

Lord Glorfindel Posted February 8, 2003 Posted February 8, 2003 A Dantooine terriost group, cause the background looks like Dantooine.
Thrackan Solo Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 are you sure those are Dantooine terrorist groups.
Lord Glorfindel Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 That was my idea which was founded on the fact that the sky and the environment looked alot like the screenshots we've seen on Dantooine. And also those guys look like they are shooting at Jolee Bindo, so I am assuming that they are bad.
dark jedi 8 Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 Then where does the duro in the white uniform fall in with the "sith troopers"?
Thrift Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 They look a bit like those baddies from Obi-Wan. You know that criminal organisation, I can't remember their name now. From memory though they looked sort of similar? I wonder why Sith troopers need different get-up on Dantooine?
Taos Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 C'mon now, everyone is different....you can't all be the same.
Swat Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 maybe we can steal or blow up those "sith troopers" vehicles on the background
Com Raven Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 I have no clue who the Duros' are, but I am sure that they are some sort of Sith Troopers...
Ulic Qel-Droma Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 i would guess either sith troopers or the crime organization Black sun, teh same organiztion prince xzior leads 4000 years later.
Jedi Apprentice Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 Originally posted by Com Raven They are Sith Troopers on Dantooine... -That sure is a small task force of Sith troopers to be attacking the Jedi "home world." (if that is Dantooine.) Could be a mystery planet. Doubt it though...
Burrie Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 Or mayhaps they are some kind of Mandalorian warriors? Still, seeing potential enemy soldiers on a Jedi Planet is kinda... disturbing. I wonder how far this all will go.
Notion Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 They do kind alook like the Jin-ha, but this is the old republic.
Jedi Apprentice Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 Originally posted by Notion They do kind alook like the Jin-ha, but this is the old republic. Jin-ha? Jin-wha? hehe... -What is a Jin-ha?

Yozorama Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 Dunno bout you guys, but from my point of view one of those dangerous looking guys seems quite near death... Hmm... with all that armour they are closer to Knights from AoE II than soldiers in Star Wars in my opinion... What about that white dressed guy in the left area of the screenshot?
Guest Jed Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 swatteam, I'm gonna agree with you... It would be nice to be able so steal those ships hehe.
Lord Glorfindel Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 The guy in white to the left looks likes a Andorian from Star Trek.
Thrift Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 The Jin'Ha, yeah that was it, the baddies from Obi-Wan. Mmm that's true Leemu, it's nice that the Sith were encouraging individuality in their soldiers. They're such a politically correct organisation, they just make me so god-damn proud *wipes tear* I'm guessing those vehicles in the background are swoops(?). Hmm... with all that armour they are closer to Knights from AoE II than soldiers in Star Wars in my opinion... I dunno, I reckon they kind of look like the Imperial Guards or whatever their names were, the red blokes who were the Emperors bodyguards or whatever in ROTJ.
