Looks to be in very good condition, how many miles? What's original? What's been restored? To be honest, unless you answer those questions with some off the wall answers $8,000 ain't bad! Now, If I could only make it to Cali and back for about $500, I'd take that deal!

jediduo
Sell it to MEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I am the biggest carfreak/gearhead here! (Right, Artoo??) Have you or your fiancee (sp?) ever dyno'd it before? What else can you tell us?
edlib
$8000 seems low. But then I live in the Northeast where cars like that are pretty rare these days due to our wonderful climate and our outstanding drivers around here.
Guest Jed
Originally posted by edlib ... outstanding drivers around here. *laughs* So true. If you ever see my sister on the road...leap out of your car. I've got a funny story, but I don't want to hijack the thread. $8000 seems really low, but I guess it's regional like edlib said. pbguy1211
i'm getting so sick of my damn car. i've spent $1600 on fixing the AC and brakes the past month... I'm seriously considering moving to NY and dumping my car... dont need a car in the city baby!
Surfnshannon
I thought it seemed lowed but its hard to find car prices for classic cars. Anyways...I believe the transmission is in awesome condition and I know nothing of drivetrain etc. No we've never had it dynoed but I can tell you that it has taken every car I've come against. And I'm no race car driver!
jediduo
*laughing gleefully* Cool! I wondered if you knew what I meant by "dyno'd". It's good that someone else besides me and Artoo knows stuff about cars. Anyway, is it a manual or auto? If manual, how many speeds?
Surfnshannon
That's the one thing. Its auto.... (. Would be a lot faster if it was manual. No I know some stuff about cars. I happen to love mustangs and I have a pretty decent car myself. A corolla S.

NOT thati cannot shift.. there is NO prob with it. but one hand is always busy with shifting.. plus i dont need a fast car .. 1. everybody HEARD i got fast away from that crossway .. but noone (e.g. the lads) saw it..? 2. baby on board. 3. i like it to drive .. cool. i heard in the us most cars are automatic shifted.. could be a reason for wanting a 'normal' shifting..
