  1. I'm working on an engine for 2D adventure games in the style of MI. I started a few weeks ago, so everything is early days.   3. It's disappointing, but perhaps will be limited to a prologue setting up Mikkelsen's villain or something? Unless they're going full The Godfather Part II and will repeatedly swap back to WWII. The rumor is that the movie is being shot digitally, which is a first for the franchise. It will be a shame when Mangold and Papamichael inevitably deliver something more "filmic" than Spielberg and Kaminski did with the 35mm-shot Crystal Skull.

  4. The EGA games use the fixed 16 colour EGA palette you can find on Wikipedia. VGA allows you to select a palette of 256 colours from an 18-bit palette. The games use different palettes for each background so there's no single VGA palette.
