  1. I finally made the switch to a new virtual instrument library for my brass instruments, especially the lead trumpets, going from the ancient Vienna Fanfare Trumpets to the MUCH better Infinite Brass library. The update in quality in massive - just check out my reworked Opening, with trumpets sounding MILES better than what I had before: Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (fan soundtrack) by Clint Bajakian, Peter McConnell, Michael Z. 2. Bill Eaken says in his interview with this very site that "Towards the end of the project we were able to scan drawings. But I'm sure that was only about 10% of the backgrounds." So if they do still exist, there won't be that many of them and it sounds like they'd just be black and white pencil drawings. (Even within that interview, though, he also seems to say that they didn't use scanning at all, and Colette Michaud's "The Evolution of Lucasfilm Games: THE ART DEPARTMENT" article for The Adventurer also says that scanning only started with Monkey 2.)

  3. Wow. Also glad Aric talked to you about his TEMPLE OF DOOM prequel idea that covers how Indy found the remains of Nurhachi. I had the privilege of getting to do a similar rap session (unrecorded) with him as part of the research for Mojo's Iron Phoenix article six years ago, and I remember that coming up. As you've learned, Aric freely goes on tangents and they're all worth it. I'm glad these stories are out there.
