PC, no casualties on my third run too. You can get something wrong only so many times, you know

Legion - tunnel. First fire team - Miranda.

Distraction - Garrus. Barrier projector - Samara.

Last battle team - Miranda and Mordin (Dunno why, I played that combo all three times I went through the game).

It was awesome, all 80 hours of it

Yeah and you have to pick who goes where too. I just finished the game for the third time, and got a full team back. ^^ It took three games, but I've done it. ^^
