Remington 870 has lower recoil when handling magnum loads and heavier rounds. It also tends to be lighter, and more easily maneuvered in tight spaces. Just saying.

It's not much, but I highlighted a couple of the harder parts to find. As for how to skin the should pads separately. I don't know. You'd probably have to take a close look at the squad skins for that one.

I don't know how to help you there. I'm always uploading .png files to LF. It might want you to wait a minute or two.

I wouldn't recommend that. Save it in GIMP as a .png. Paint will kill the quality.

If you have any extra discs you could label one for Skin Transfer and use that. Even an old (or new) game disc could work.

Surprisingly, I'm in the same situation. I'm a Mac user, so I have to send my skins to other Carbonite Modders to be tested.

For recoloring skins, I actually would recommend against using the colorize tool. It's quick and relatively easy, but it also tends to give skins a slightly plasticy look.

I'd actually recommend using the lasso tool to select your parts, desaturate them, then on a new layer, fill in the selection with your color. Use multiple layers and layering affects at different opacity to get the correct result.

Hey ner'vod, I finished the completely faceless texture if you're interested. It's not perfect, but it works if you don't look at the texture in GIMP at high zoom.
