Oohhh! I'm really excited about this entry. Grim Fandango is my favorite LucasArts game and I love it to death! I'm cautious though, I've read some reviews and comments that are a bit harsh on it's puzzle design and form over matter. He was pretty mild when talking about CMI though, so maybe it'll be allright?

Thank God for this. I don't like the voice from that Kickstarter video AT. ALL. This. It would be great to reconnect to the story in front of my tv on Switch.

Whoa! Talk about unexpected news! This is great!! Maybe I'll dust off the original in a few months, I haven't played it since it released back in 2008(!). (Has it really been that long?) I remember the first one ending with I wonder how they'll tie that into the sequel. They can't just drop players in stone cold, cause that would alienate new players. All in all, I find myself more excited than I thought I'd be.

Meh... totally not feeling that one. Feels way too contrived for me. Indy was never a one woman man in those years, and I doubt Marion is the type to sit at home and write a journal for when her hubby goes off to work again. I think they just wanted a Grail Diary-type collector's thingy to put in the box. Actually, all this stuff, the publicity stunts, the gold X-Box, the diary, that terrible Troy Baker video... It feels like they're just trying way to hard. Anyway, thanks for keeping us updated, Threepwood4life! 🙂

Same here, I loved the world, characters, setting and atmosphere, but the gameplay just wasn't for me. I finished the game and after that never picked it up again.
