Jake
Has anyone seen the ads on TV for rebel strike? Apparently they are humorous and involve Admiral Ackbar (the fish guy from return of the jedi) in some humorous way? That just reminds me of the "shrimp eating gloves" bit from the Rebel Assault 2 "MST3K mode" easter egg... but what do people think of those commercials (and where can I download them? I don't have cable and haven't seen them)
Hellbeard
I've seen one with him, and he just says you have to be strong to survive and he explains how to destroy AT-ATs. and it just shows a bunch of clips from the battle of Hoth part of the game
Remi
The "funny" parts of the commercial are lame - I didn't know they were supposed to be funny :~ - but at least they show some pretty cool videos from the game.

Jake
Well then! Fortunately they're not hilarious. I don't know anything about them but it always sort of interests me when LucasArts decides to spend money to make TV commercials that are more than a gameplay footage montage (I guess most or all of their ads are more than that, though). Skinkie
For about the last week that commercial has shown up as a popup everytime I'm at this site. If it ever was funny, it no longer is.
Alien426
It sometimes even sneaks past MyIE's popup/content filter. If whoever reads this doen't already have it, you should definitely take a look at MyIE. I could barely live without it.
