Darth Darthy Posted March 24, 2004 Posted March 24, 2004 Or "She may not ook like much kid, but she's got it where it counts. Now if you'll just hop on board..." Now that's how to get slapped when trying to pick up ladies.
Darth Homer Posted March 24, 2004 Posted March 24, 2004 There's always, "You have felt him? Strange that I have not..."
Surfnshannon Posted March 25, 2004 Posted March 25, 2004 Proves once again that the internet LIES! Oh well - it was kinda close. Like the real ones much better Love the Silver!
The Cheat Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 love the silver, cant wait for those to be released. i hope the individual boxes look the same as episodes 1 and 2
dark jedi 8 Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 i'm pretty sure they will. i wonder when they will release those images?
Glaive v.1 Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 i've been thinking (dangerous i know) but whats da point of buying the OT on DVD when after EpIII is released they'll just bring out a new box set with both the OT and PT on it. i just think it's kinda pointless buying it now. but the box desgins do look pretty cool though

Same point of me owning both the regular AND extended editions of Lord of the Rings on DVD. The regular came out first and I wanted it damnit!
dark jedi 8 Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 plus its not guaranteed that the ones we'll be getting in 2005 will be the same as the ones were getting this year. even the ones this year have added changes and the 2005 ones could be those "ultra" editions that GL has been rumored to want.
Scrodo_Saggins Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 ultra editions? LOL! anyone watch that southpark episode with GL and speilburg? someone needs to protect starwars from lucas
dark jedi 8 Posted April 2, 2004 Posted April 2, 2004 i heard that episode stopped the making of a "raiders of the lost ark" special edition.
Fishflesh Posted April 4, 2004 Posted April 4, 2004 we can only get the wide screen version here in NL would like to have one to for my old bedroom tv wich is still fullscreen tv...
dark jedi 8 Posted April 5, 2004 Posted April 5, 2004 for some reason i always get the widescreen version of dvd's. probably cus one day i dream of owning a 55+ screen tv. BTW. where did you get the pic? i mean is it official? looks good.
Fishflesh Posted April 5, 2004 Posted April 5, 2004 *Just before Christmas Ian came into Soho, London to do some ADR for the newly replaced/made scene in ESB. They have ILM'd the antechamber so it's bigger and the whole scene has been reshot (not the Vader close ups) plus a couple of tiny dialogue changes made. Nothing earth-shattering. *
dark jedi 8 Posted April 9, 2004 Posted April 9, 2004 150% better than the original, just hope not too much diologue was changed.
joesdomain Posted May 3, 2004 Posted May 3, 2004 I like the box art for both the fullscreen and widescreen editions of the original star wars trilogy coming out in September 21. I hope they do change some of the effects. Especially obi-wan's lightsaber. I like the added scene with Jabba and Boba Fett in episode IV. I mean you have to admit it is good for special effects of the mid 1990's.
joesdomain Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 I am hoping starwars.com will release the individual coverart for each of the 4 discs.
