jojobob Posted February 23, 2004 Posted February 23, 2004 "How much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?" Who asked the wood craftsman that in the beggining of Monkey Island 2? I did . Can someone follow up?
Skinkie Posted February 23, 2004 Posted February 23, 2004 I think everybody asked him... I however could not follow it, a bit to complicated for my little mind.
Jedi-Monkey Posted February 24, 2004 Posted February 24, 2004 A wood chuck would chuck no amount of wood since a wood chuck cant chuck wood.
Thrik Posted February 24, 2004 Posted February 24, 2004 If a wood chuck could chuck wood, a wood chuck could chuck as much wood as a wood chuck could chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood.
iceqb Posted February 24, 2004 Posted February 24, 2004 Would a woodchuck chuck wood if a woodchuck could chuck wood? I don't think a woodchuck would chuck.
Jedi-Monkey Posted February 24, 2004 Posted February 24, 2004 I think he wanted the actual reply there. Although those are good efforts. I could post the whole thing, cos I have it written down but I wont. That will spoil the fun of trying to remember it off of your head.
iceqb Posted February 24, 2004 Posted February 24, 2004 I know the real lines too, it's just funnier if you say funny woodchuck sentences (if you read the last sentence of my woodchuck-story, i think you'll be pleasantly surprised!)
Jedi-Monkey Posted February 25, 2004 Posted February 25, 2004 Woodchuck story? Go on. Im intrigued now.
iceqb Posted February 25, 2004 Posted February 25, 2004 Well, the two sentences above... didnt know what to call it, so i said "story". anyway: I don't think a woodchuck would chuck. ^ the last 3 words....

iceqb Posted February 28, 2004 Posted February 28, 2004 How much worm would a woodworm worm if a woodworm could worm wood?
Mr Flibble Posted February 28, 2004 Posted February 28, 2004 How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck ciuld chuck wood. The real question is How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck would chuck wood. Woodchucks can't chuck wood. Federal Law. I guess you had to be there. A while ago, I was talking to this girl called Lucy, and she asked 'Whats the rule about white guys dancing in public?' This was from Scrubs and the answer is 'Not unless they're gay..' I didn't get , so I said White guys can't dance in public. Federal Law. She laughed anyway. So next day I asked her ' How much wood.... ' And she said 'Woodchucks can't chuck wood.Federal Law.' Living proof of life outside the forums.
Skinkie Posted February 28, 2004 Posted February 28, 2004 Don't bring that filth in here, life doesn't exist, we're all just part of the machine.
Jaws Posted February 29, 2004 Posted February 29, 2004 how much wood could a LeChuck chuck if a ... um ... never mind
jojobob Posted March 1, 2004 Author Posted March 1, 2004 wow, those are all good except for the woodworm maybe we should start another topic about the swordfigting phrases
One-eyed Wendy Posted March 1, 2004 Posted March 1, 2004 Don't mean to barge in on anything, but here's my contribution: This little story is called 'Woodchucks saving the Forests' Would good wood chucks cuck wood if wood chucks could chuck wood? For good wood chucks chuck wood when wood chucks know they should...as wood chucks chucking wood is a pretty big waste of good wood. So should wood chucks chuck wood when wood chucks chucking wood is such a waste of good wood? I think wood chucks should chuck wood only when there is no good wood for wood chucks to chuck, but bad, chuckable wood for good wood chucks to chuck!!! Phew! I'm exhausted!
