Things that make you go ARGH!!!

Okay, so recently I've been working my ASS off trying to find an old figure by the name of Sephiroth from the FF7 Extra Knights line. Well, its pissing me off because nobody and they mama has it...unless they want like $150 for it, and F that.

Anybody else have hard times find stuff that they really want?

(I don't think this topic breaks any rules, since I'm not asking anybody for it...but we'll see eh? Although maybe in OUR PM's we can HELP EACH OTHER find what WE'RE looking FOR)

ARGH!!

Tell me why I ordered FFVIII off of eBay and the page said 'game in fine working order', but it won't even LOAD the FMV where Squall is on the boat. I HATE PEOPLE SO MUCH SOMETIMES!!

When i got my xbox, one of the first games I rented was Burnout 2, (very kick ass game) Loved it and played it, then returned it (obviously)

then around turkey day, i bought it for $20, and when i got home, it didn't work, it would say 'Disc is damaged or not a Xbox disc' and other warnings and notices like that. So i return it a few days later saying it was defective, and they didn't have any more copies, so they gave me 'credit'

then... i go to Cali to my reletives and friends, and i rent it, It doesn't work! so in anger i push the disc tray even farther into the machine, and it working, so like 'woah' and i play it till i have to go back to Washington.

NOW: I got it 3 days ago, and the same deal, and i use my disc tray pushing skills to start it up again, and it works. good, but i still have to do stuff like that just to make it work, and right now my friend is playing it :p

I was really into Panzer Dragoon Orta when it came out, awesome game. I really wanted the little silver statue that they handed out to the press at E3, so went searching for it. I found one on ebay but the guy wasn't posting the the UK, so I emailed him, and he said he would if I won. I placed my bid then the next day I got a really bad flu that kept me off the PC for a few days, and I totally forgot about the auction. When I finally did get back on the PC, I read the email saying I was outbid, checked the auction and found out I had been outbid by $1. I haven't found another one since. =(

Things that make me go "argh!"?

Too many to list, but a recent example would be my troubles and woes with broadband.

My local telephone exchange has been broadband enabled for years, but I've always been too far away to receive an ADSL signal. (ADSL is the only broadband option in this area, Cable is not available). Anyway, a couple of months ago I got a call from British Telecom, saying the signal now reached my house. Joy! I ordered it, and it was great! A month later, I started getting problems - so I filed a fault report, had an engineer out - and he said it didn't look good. Before I knew where I was, they had cancelled by ADSL, claiming it to be a "false green", or false activation. I should never have been activated in the first place, but I was. Now, I am lumbered with equipment I can't send back to the supplier for a refund, and an even greater hatred of BT. To further anger me, the engineer that came mentioned in passing he had just activated a new exchange, which happened to be where I used to live (5 years ago), which is out in middle of nowhere, I might add. I lived about 200 yards from the exchange there, how frustrating is that? Now, I live on the outskirts of the city, and I still can't get broadband - I'm stuck on ISDN for now.

AAARRRGGGHHH!!!
