BobaJango
The new Boba Fett book is out (A New Threat) and it features General Grievous. If General G. dies before the end of episode 3, then how can Boba meet him in this book? Boba is sporting his father's armor and blasting things as usual. So if he can fit into the armor, will he wear it in Episode 3? I dont understand... (sobbing...)
ET Warrior
Expanded. Universe. Don't read anything into it. It has no bearing on the movies.
fourball
ET Warriors probably right, but you never know maybe grievous lives. If George Lucas ever wanted to make and episode seven, Grievous would be a god replacement for Vader as an enemy for Luke and the New Jedi Order. fourball
It only a far fetched suggestion, chances are grievous dies and the book is written by some author who likes the general and thinks he would be a cool bad guy in a book.
dark jedi 8
could be a marketing ploy to sell more copies of the book. or to just introduce the general like they did in the clone wars cartoon. BTW when on the timeline does the cartoon take place?
Scrodo_Saggins
arg, thats why i hate most EU stuff. They take the newest cool character in starwars and quickly write up books about him that contradict the movies years later. (boba fett) and now it looks like their gonna do it to general G. BobaJango
It didn't have much info on Grievous, barley any at all really... But I couldn't agree with you more. Boba was a great mystery character, the suit and very little info on him was what made him. I'm still pissed off how Jango died. They originally had him killing more jedi, but Lucas cut it off cuz it took too much out of the story. If he would have killed a lot of jedi, then been killed by Mace, it would have been OK. Darth Darthy
Hmmm, never heard about Jango killing more jedi - it wasn't in the shooting script but I agree. It would have been nice to see him do more then shoot one inept Jedi and loose his head. He wasn't as "hard" as I was hoping him to be. Oh well, guess that legacy was for Boba "Killed by a Blind Man" Fett.
BobaJango
Boba Fett? Where?? AUUUGGGGGGGGGG!!! I'm still laughing at that scene. Rumor has it he got out with *minor* skin damage.
Darth Darthy
LOL! If he did survive I see him living off his fortune as a romantic novelist with a hit series called "The Hutt and I".

joesdomain
I think they will show him in a small scene or cameo where he fights Jedi younglings and/or jedi padawn. He might be showing killing some of them to get revenge. He probably has hate for Jedi since Mace killed his dad in Episode II.

joesdomain
Bobe Fett is a clone of Jango Fett but Boba always refers to Jango as dad in episode II if you watch the movie.

Scrodo_Saggins
hey "joesdomain", referring to your signature: the correct line is "I'd just as soon kiss a wookie". not "i'd rather kiss a wookie"
