Pad
Hmm, guess we belgains think alike. I was about to start a snowboard thread whenever I got my pics and there you are making one. I´m just back from my snowboarding trip to Tignes, which lies in France. It was the first time I ever boarded but I must say I really likes it. The first day I went straight onto a blue piste and tried to make some turns. And after 3 hours or so I was able to stand up straight and do some turning. After a few days of intense training I was able to gain more and more speed, do some jumps, go down on red and black pistes, go offtrack,... Although this was my first time it surely wont be my last time. I really enjoyed it very much and our trip for next year is almost already planned. Btw, sportura sux

Alegis
Originally posted by Pad Btw, sportura sux the memories... i'm banned for life from sportura anyways, not that i care in my haste i forgot about myself I ski frequently (at least 3 times a year, we got this small flat in Crans Montana, Switzerland) and last week was great. Usually i'll enjoy racing but I learned a lot more to enhace my style (parrallel->carving). If you feel like skiing/boarding again thy should go to crans once.. ET Warrior
With snow comes cold, with cold comes ice, with ice comes hockey. I've skiid for most of my life, since I was a wee lad, but I just don't really care THAT much for it. I'd rather play hockey any day of the week.
