Samuel Dravis
I am ok with people being lesbian/gay (that is, if they like the same sex better, fine), however, I am against any sexual acts between said persons, as that is a perversion of the way our bodies are meant to be used - as a temple of God, to give glory to Him. I realize that many of you may not agree with me, but I can't change everyone's mind with a single post. Anyways, to sum up - hate the sin, love the sinner (well, maybe not love, but not hate either ). And obi - nice going there.

I'm like you but a step further; I think it's ok for lesbians and gays to love and even have sexual togethor, however I don't think it's something you should flaunt around in pride(it should just be a preference like Heterosexuality). Hmm, it's still a bit wierd I'm alright for homosexuality although I'm heterosexual.(yes I am, shuddup )
RoxStar
I believe that when its all send an Done marriage licenses will turn into a "Civil union Licenses". REligious couples would get "Marriage Certificates" from their local church/synagouge/temple/etc. This would eliminate the discrepancy between the bible and the government and would allow Same sex and opposite sex couples to "get unionized" so to speak. Oh and a little fun fact. I think that a poll showed that in 1965 (i think it ws then) 70% of americans didn't approve of different religous and ethnic marriages. Today this is very common. I believe that when My chilcren's children are on forums discussing the classic films of George Lucas that they won't still hae this issue as it will be resolved. I dont have a problem when a man loves a another man, or a woman another woman, as long as it is in sparsely furnished room, with the walls painted pink, a big picture of a car on the wall and some dodgy music in the background. In addition, the guys must have bad haircuts, dodgy moustaches, and the girls large hairdos.... *puts away dodgy 80s porn* mtfbwya

If there were no extreme reactions to their lifestyle, as evidence by the reaction to the movie in question, then you wouldn't see so much flaunting going on. #2, if you think heterosexuality isn't flaunted in the media then you must keep your eyes closed 24 hours a day. There is none. I do have proof, however, that it is choice. As I have mentioned a dozen times at least, a few gay people I have defended in the past wanted to be saved. I told them how, and they became saved. They are no longer homosexuals. They have no more homosexual feelings, they've told me so themselves. They were very thankful to me, even though it wasn't I who saved them, and I made sure they knew that. I'm just a messenger. Don't fall for the "born with it" lie. Homosexuality is not a disease. There's no need to think about it - just avoid the situation entirely. And if you're creeped out about that, just listen to this: He's watching all the time. AAAAAHHHHH!!!! You keep saying to prove that homosexuality isn't simply a matter of choice, but I'll counter with 'prove it's not genetic'. The truth is at this point it's still not certain how much choice and how much genetics are involved and you will find valid research data to support both views.
