Right now i'm watching video feed of Saddam, theres no audio yet because your not supposed to hear the judge's voice.

I have to say, Saddam's lookin' sharp :p They let him die his hair and trim his beard and he's all dressed up. Look's like he's talking about alot of stuff, explaining things and kinda pointing and yelling at the judge.

Nope! I'm more closer to Iraq than anyone here, so I guess he says:

"Astro and Sabretooth shall forever be remembered as heroes in the Evula War. Their comrades shall be honoured."

Oh lookie, now he's apologizing for forgetting Pie! :o

Very stubborn person, Saddam is. Refusing to sign papers, he does. :rhett:

Yes...

He calls Iraq "a republic" when it was ruled by him, and he is the "President of Iraq." You'd think that being prisoner after living in luxury went to his head. Sad, real sad.

I have digitally enhanced the images, and can identify that the papers are actually a contract to star in the next Batman Movie...

He would look better as superman? Go clean something, Sabretooth.

Saddam said "I am the president of Iraq" to show that he thinks he still has influence over his former people (and he does). He was sitting on his rug in the courtroom, and he proclaimed that "This is all an act to get George Bush Re-elected" too.

Hanged? Hah!! that's texas justice at work for you, or in this case Iraqi justice at work. If only Hitler could have been taken down like this rather than killing himself, the entire Jewish people would have felt a bit of vindication.

Pssht, Herr Hitler lives.

All this hanging stuff is just pathetic. Saddam's an Iraqi, so the yankees should give him the type of death the Iraqis know best. Either they stuff mustard gas down his throath or stone him to death. Hanging or dhooting him is just too quick for a mass murderer.

I would prefer that he would be put as the prison bitch of a huge african-american named Bubba. That would be pain enought for him

Well it could just as well be a redneck or whoever, I don't really care personally. Just as long as the dude is big and his name is Bubba. And for the first part of the post, isn't it the most well known type of death in Iraq then? Saddam bombed his Iraqi people with mustard gas and that's really what we remember him by, don't we? And the stoning is just because of the historical importance. Like you wouldn't have ever read/heard of that part in the bible. I think both ways break international laws, but doesn't hanging nowadays break 'em too? If they want to do it, they only have one chance to teach Saddam a lesson, so why not do it right then?

Not entirely

Hanging. This method is one of the oldest used in the United States, and involves dropping the accused into a hole with a noose tied around his neck. This method is thought “cruel and unusual” by many since instantaneous death is extremely rare. Four U.S. states allow this method of legal execution.
