Sam Fisher
Ok, I really want to get (or make) a forest green, or greyish-black cloak. Not a poncho, because they make you look like a dumbass in my opinion. I want something like these guys'; usable and wetherproof. Any links and/or guids to making them would be much appreciated. Thanks...!

Spider AL
Searching for cloak pattern on google turns up some hits. The only difficulty then would be finding the right material...
jebbers
the Pyramid Collection has some good stuff but its pricey...you can request a catalog to see their goods...and it has some affiliation with the Wiccan arts....so if thats not your piece of cake then dont go...but it has some really amazing things that i want....and there are some items called "massagers" but they are questionable...so thats another thing to take into account.... jon_hill987
The Elves make some good cloaks, They can even make you look like a rock! Seriosly though, you wan't to use wool cloth, like they used to make the jedi robes for the SW films. EDIT: Hmm, just had a look at the .pdf that does look complicated, what happened to just using a bit of cloth?
Sam Fisher
It dissappeared in the malestrom of the fabric world ^^ Well, the Elves may be good at making cloaks, but have you seen one? I didn't think so
Kain
Since the NEED for weather proof cloaks went out with the PLAGUE, it'll be near impossible to find one. Although a regular cloak should be easy enough to find - especially now that its Halloween season.
