Darth Groovy
As far as I know, Stormhammer is the oldest. I think he is close to 40.
Skinkie
Man I graduated in 2003 and sometimes I still feel old around here. Anyway, I know Collective Soul isn't a 'classic' rock band, which is what we've focused on here, but they are still one of my all time favorites. Any takers? JofaGuht
Is that a red-tail, Edlib? My bro has a Comlumbian redtail. We don't have a big enough cage for it, but it's still groing. A while ago he also had a Burmese, but he didn't have a liscence for it. We think it wound up in the the St. Louis zoo.
edlib
Not really sure. It was at a zoo in upper-state New York. I was on vacation with a group of friends up there. A bunch of us were watching as the keepers brought out various animals when they hauled out this snake. I went over to it and reached out my hand to touch it's head, and it just went straight up my arm and up and over my shoulders. Turns out there was a cage of small (and becoming increasingly agitated and wary) birds they brought out right on the other side of me, and I just happened to be the shortest route for the snake to take to get there. I just remember the name after all this time because it rhymed.

edlib
It's all in the attitude my friend! I couldn't tell you where in your state the zoo is (or used to be...) It wasn't much to begin with... really just a petting-zoo type place. Once you get me further North of the Saratoga Springs/ Glens Falls area, I really tend lose all my bearings. I just know we drove North on some windy back-roads though some fairly hilly terrain for a long while, when somebody said "Hey! Let's stop in here!" Ray Jones
Hey, edlib, if this is really you, and I have no reason to think otherwise, man you're one cool dude, exactamundo. I was like 12 back then. Like that little greenhorn behind you staring at your.. jacket. And somehow you remind me of someone I know. He's also wearing those dirk diggler sun glasses but not the hat, though it's cool. And he's from Africa.. oh, he is not "black", amazingly enough there are "white" people born in Africa, too. Plus, surely he had one of those "snake happenings" already. But i guess not with the right snake at the right place with the right birdcage. Oh you guys are all so exciting. .. Wait. I like WOMEN, m'kay?

edlib
Dude... I refuse to eat that cake now. Well... OK. But only a piece that wasn't touching your ass! Yeah... I was trying to be a rock star back then. To bad I really don't have a picture of me when my hair was down to my butt. Or one of me in my fringed suede jacket. That was too kewl. Nope I've grown up a bit now. What I look like now: How I see myself: More pics (although old) of me here. I'm the one in the safari jacket and baseball cap in all the pictures (as if you couldn't tell.) http://www.paparap.net/the_bus_at_papa_home.htm
Ray Jones
Hmm. You seem to see yourself as Steven "the guitarplayer" Spielberg. I think i never drew any pictures of myself, except the ones from 1989 where i wear a space suit. It could be anyone though, because of the helmet. I tell you I was completely hyped by the special 20th anniversary of the moonlanding tv show. But living in the GDR i hardly have seen such thing before. However, regarding the recent descriptions in the one year thread, you seem to have a lot of different things to do in your job. I love it if there's something else, even unexpected to do every single day. Being a computer monkey I sometimes have to travel around and confuse customers, if not then I'm sitting here at this bomb site (just like right now). As we can see here clearly, photo mobiles are teh suck.
Alien426
You call that a bomb site? Where are all the printouts, the important letters, floppies, CDs, mouse balls, batteries...

Alright... the self portrait was done super quick, and the nose may be a little off... But a couple of people have said to me that they think I remind them of Spielberg, so there may just be something to it. More than once people have asked me if I'm a film director. I guess it's the beard, all the baseball caps, and safari vests and jackets. A lot of my biggest personal heroes happen to be directors as well: Spielberg, Lucas, Jackson, Scorsese, Coppella, Kubrick, Ed Wood... Perthaps I missed my true calling in life. Hmmmm...
