The appearance of "Buzz Bunny" would have little influence on kid's enjoyment of evil things, say satanic sacrifices... The design is crap, but I'll still end up watching it. And I doubt Batman can be blamed for kids being evil. Kids are naturally evil, even the sheltered ones. It's how they are, they're physically weak so they attack emotionally and mentally.
