ok this isn't a mod reqest but a tool request can someone make a tool that will help us graphically challanged people create custom looking items and weapons cuz I would help those of us who want to create new sabers but don't have the graphical ablitity to do so a lot

Well i was hoping for a Boba or Jango Fett helmet and Boba fett armour!

 

I cant model well yet and am still doing sabers and was wondering if anyone could or would make this because there seems to be a lackof helmets!

and call it the dragon sword with these stats

 

+4 to all stats

 

+1-10 energy dammage

+2-10 fire

keen

 

+3 blasterbolt defelct

-20/-0 resist to energy

 

fully upgradeable

 

and if you can use the longer malak blade

Haven't seen anyone request this one yet...

 

A way to switch player models - not genders; I know that's a huge can of worms - or otherwise make it so that boys can hook up with Carth and girls can get freaky with Bastila. The Star Wars universe is entirely too heterosexual, in my opinion.

 

Then again... the real can of worms is with TSL's gender-specific stuff, isn't it? Perhaps the gender flag isn't as much of an issue in K1. Beats me. That's why I'm turning to the experts. :p

Welcome to the forums :)

 

You can do that with KSE: KSE allows you to change your appearance, even to that of a Gizka if you wish. You can also change your gender.

Another idea. Likely would be difficult, if not impossible, to implement: Lightsaber knuckle dusters. Sort of like brass knuckles; they would use the unarmed combat animations, but would extend short lightsaber spikes during combat and retract them once combat disengages. I have a feeling that doing this would basically be meddling with animations, and that's still a no-no, right?

I have two requests.

 

I was thinking about reskinning all of the PC heads, but since I'm working on other mods at the moment, I don't know how soon I could get a good PC head reskin mod out.

 

My first request is for someone with decent reskinning skills to either do the male PC heads. I'll gladly do the female ones. (You can PM me if you are interested.)

 

My second request is for a unique sword for Hanharr. Seeing how there is a huge WIP on lightsabers, I think Hanharr is getting left out of the weapon loop.

I have nothing but respect for all the people here. I started attempting to do mods about a month ago, and suffice to say, I had no idea what I was getting into, so for the time being, I've just been collecting mods from here and pcgamemods.com, but I've still got a couple WIP's that I will eventually post here when I get done.

 

Anyway, I've searched here for both of these, and I don't seem to find anything related, so here goes:

 

1) I'd really like to see a mod that takes off Visas' hood, and the thing over her eyes. I don't know how much of a project this would be, but if somebody wants to do it, it'd be great. I'd just like to see her full face for a change.

 

2)This one's really just an idea I had, but I'd like to see a skin for either G0t0 or the remote that looks like the unfinished death star. Or the finished one, for that matter. Either way, I think it'd be a pretty cool tribute to the empire.

 

If anybody has any ideas on this, please let me know.

I know my plate is extremly filled with both mods and classwork, but I can attempt to do this. I would have o fill in what is missing... Does anyone have any picture references?

Achilles made a pretty cool Ryyk blade, But his site is frozen.

I have actually started on this, I made the mesh (I have to make a new mesh her head is only the lower half and so it would look pretty freaky if just the vail was taken off) I just have to skin it, so as soon as I'm done with USM I'll get it done.

There's a mod at PC mods that changes the lightsaber sounds to those of Luke's lightsaber from RotJ. There's also a mod to change the blaster sounds to make them sound like the movies as well. There's also a Sith saber sound mod but I've never tried it. There all for KotOR 1. I can't remember if Vader's saber sounded different or not. (Holds head in shame.) I may be able to capture the sounds for you.

um I would like a mod that makes your lightsaber turn off at the same time as your companions lightsaber when combat is over if it is a script point me to it and i'll do it my self otherwise I'm limited in my ability to mod

Ooh! Could someone replace Visas' head, with.....(drum roll please) G0T0?! This would be fantastic! And switch his model with Visas' head :D

 

Also, for KotOR I, could someone put a version of the Jedi Council Chamber into the Sith Academy on Korriban? I was going to attempt to do this as part of a mod of ziost, but my various attempts at module editing have so far failed......

Westar-34s are possibly the coolest looking guns in the SW universe. A mod for these exists but you have to use a cheat (ie, "giveitem blahgere") to get them. And I absolutely hate seeing that "cheat used" text on my savegames, when that's the only reason I used the cheat.

 

So, the point of my request,

 

I don't care how you do it, just, please intergrate the guns into the game somewhere via a mod.

 

- It'd be awesome if you threw in your Red Mandalorian Heavy Armor skin aswell.

Do you mean the gun is from another mod, or it is an original?

 

Either way, all it would take would be a simple script like a_give_item to give you it at the start of the game.

 

You could even use the new script generator that was posted at http://www.pcgamemods.com.

A westar 34 mod already exists for KOTOR. You could probably use it in KOTOR 2, as long as it doesn't use any .2da or KOTOR -unique files.
