Yeah, that about does it.

I propose we devance back to the Midieval Ages, but before that, give everyone Sex Changes to one gender call "Gemale", with no reproductive organs, then smash our heads with rocks until we can't feel emotions.

Anyone found being happy will be kicked in the crotch repeatedly until they bleed and will then be repeatedly sodomized with a cactus.

You know, you'll probably end up fulfilling some weirdo's dream at some point in your happiness removal adventure... :p

Personally, I don't like being abused by a cactus... but... there's someone that might...

I fail to see how murder is okay but sexing your significant other is wrong.

Because it's evil to bring new lives into the world. I mean, they didn't ask to be born!

ESRB like the MPAA ratings are only guidelines that dont have to be followed, they are not law. most stores/theatres go along with their ratings, but they cannot be charged with a crime for letting a 16 yr old into a R movie or selling a M game to a kid.

I thought they could, although maybe its a state-specific law or something.

In the UK you can definately get charged for selling 18 cert. films to underage kids etc... though i doubt you would.

Anybody who gets off on a computer generated video game charector sex scene needs helpidiot.

Just to play devils' advocate, but surely everything about video games is a case of getting "involved" in a computer generated world, getting attached to computer generated characters and getting affected by computer generated events... so it doesn't seem that getting "involved" in computer generated sex would be any different...

mind you, from what i can see the aim of the mini-game is to press the button as fast as possible to fill up your "satisfaction" meter as quick as possible. There are going to be a lot of disappointed girls out there if a generation of kids learns it's technique from GTA:SA :D

certian stores like Wal-Mart and maybe a couple others i dont remimber, they voluntarily follow these guidelines and will fire employees who go against company policy. But otherwise, I am not aware of any Laws requireing adherence to the ESRB/MPAA's rating systems.

Yeah... They grab the nearest controller and start smaching the button for three hours, then stop and say: "Ahh... I'm satisfied, how 'bout you, ho'?" and walks out the door still fully clothed :D
