MdKnightR
Lets start up a list of quotes. Here are a few of my favorite... "Awareness is without choice, without demand, without anxiety; in that state of mind, there is perception." - Bruce Lee "For most men, it appears to me, are in a strange uncertainty about it (life), whether it is of the devil or of God, and have somewhat hastily concluded that it is the chief end of man here to 'glorify God and enjoy him forever.'" - Henry David Thoreau "Critics never got it, Rolling Stone, to this day, still doesn't, but that's okay. I guess being accepted by aging hippies is not at the top of my priority list." - Gene Simmons, member of KISS "It is because modern education is so seldom inspired by a great hope that it so seldom achieves great results. The wish to preserve the past rather than the hope of creating the future dominates the minds of those who control the teaching of the young." - Bertrand Russell "If a man is called to be a streetsweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven played music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, here lived a great streetsweeper who did his job well." - Martin Luther King, Jr. "Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare." - Japanese Proverb "The religion that is afraid of science dishonors God and commits suicide." - Ralph Waldo Emerson "There is nothing so stupid as an educated man, if you get him off the thing he was educated in." - Will Rogers "It is what you do from now on that will either move our civilization forward a few tiny steps, or else. . . begin to march us steadily backward." - Patrick Stewart "Don't rejoice in defeat, you men. For though the world stood up and stopped the bastard, the bitch that bore him is in heat again." - Bertolt Brecht, German writer at the end of World War II "A man who has never gone to school may steal from a freight car; but if he has a university education, he may steal the whole railroad." - Theodore Roosevelt "The most valuable of all talents is that of never using two words when one will do." - Thomas Jefferson "The United States is a nation of laws: badly written and randomly enforced." - Frank Zappa "Non-violence leads to the highest ethics, which is the goal of all evolution. Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages." - Thomas Edison "The time will come when men, such as I, will look upon the murder of animals as they now look on the murder of men." - Leonardo da Vinci Now post your favorite words of wisdom! Vladimir-Vlada
I have a lot of them, but I'll start with just a few: "As long as there are men, there will be wars." -Albert Einstein "A war, no matter how justified or neceseary it is; should not spoken of as it is not a crime." -Ernest Hemingway "It is important to foucs on the richness on the thought, not on the richness of the knowledge." -Democrites "When a person isn't surprised by anything, is a sign of a great thinker... or a great fool." - Ypolit (The Idiot) [Fiodor M. Dostoyevsky] "One of the worst ways to die is by an execution. It is better to die by someone elses hands than a execution. A person that is killed eventually in a fight, can hope and defend himself until the end, because he can save himself. But the person that is bound for an execution, can't be saved, because he is condemed to death in the exact matter of time, and that can't be prevented." -Lav Nikolayevich Mishkin (The Idiot) [Fiodor M. Dostoyevsky] More soon.

stingerhs
Try not. Do or do not. There is no try. -Yoda (sorry, couldn't resist that one.) The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting. -Sun Tzu The radical sets the views. When he has worn them out, the conservative adopts them. -Mark Twain The great question … which I have not been able to answer, despite my thirty years of research into the feminine soul, is "What does a woman want?" -Sigmund Freud The problem in defense is how far you can go without destroying from within what you are trying to defend from without. -Dwight D. Eisenhower Ambition is so powerful a passion in the human breast, that however high we reach we are never satisfied. -Niccolo Machiavelli It is true, that a little philosophy inclineth man's mind to atheism, but depth in philosophy bringeth men's minds about to religion. -Francis Bacon The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it. -Albert Einstein

jedi3112
Stay on target (we all know this one, right?) From the improved version of SW (or if the SW trigoly was a RPG serie in the style of KOTOR) Join me and we will rule the galaxy together. (Lord Vader) followed by Hell, why not. (Luke Skywalker) BTW there is also a sister, and that one is Leia. (Luke again) And so the Rebelion was crushed and the Empire ruled the Galaxy ever after. (the corresponding ending, much better than when the rebels win, simply because this time the Empire wins and the universe is forever cast in Darkness and the DS is more powerfull and unstoppable). Hallucination
Press on: nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are overwhelmingly powerful. -President Calvin Coolidge "To take the first step in faith, you don't have to see the whole staircase: just take the first step." -Martin Luther King "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." – Aristotle "Luck? I don't know anything about luck. I've never banked on it and I'm afraid of people who do. Luck to me is something else: hard work — and realizing what is opportunity and what isn't." – Lucille Ball "Only those who dare to fail greatly can achieve greatly." -Robert F.
