They don't have to be finished ones, they can be WIP (eg. Star Wars AOJS: Philosophy of the Force, etc.). If it's already been mentioned, that doesn't mean you can't mention it again. The Fic with the most votes will be selected the Best Fan Fiction Story, and it's author will be crowned Best Writer. You cannot vote for your own stories. I just thought that maybe its a bit early to conclude whose is the best, considering how a small number of fan fiction is posted here. I don't have a lot of patience when it comes to reading - I can only do it in spurts, usually. Some days are better than others.
