Teklord Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 Hi everyone. I'm brand new to these forums, but certainly not new to the Star Wars Universe! I just picked up this game less than a week ago, and loving it so far. I'm playing through the Rebel campaign and I had a little bit of fun recently; I captures Mon Calamari with R2 & C3PO! Basically the native population went in an uproar and took out the Imperials. Took a fair bit of time and at times I didn't think I was going to pull it off, but I did. Got some caps, nothing quite as fancy as the other caps in this thread but it's a place for me to start. Maybe this isn't anything special and someone's done it before, but as I said I'm new to this community. I wonder if there are other planets to try this on...

Air Speeder on a peaceful sweep well responding to CG's request, here ya go: well i know the pic of the proton beam aint good... but this the only thing i can get so far, its either theres nothing for me to proton at (i wish they would spawn the homeone), or i the proton did its job before i could take the pic >_>;;

Their engines are Disabled! enough with imperial ownage, lets see some rebel moments B) in your face! ISD going down > Mon Cal owning an acclamator note: this mon cal is the only mon cal i spawned and i have to give credit to it, it singlehandedly destroyed 5 tartans, 10 acclamators , 6 VSDs , and 2 ISDs and severely damaged another ISD before going down in a blaze of glory B) the rebel Fleet

I've tweaked the XML for space combat of all sorts, tell me what you notice/like/dislike, and I may release it eventually as a mod. Two X-wing squadrons opening fire Battle of Corellia 01 Battle of Corellia 02 Battle of Corellia 03 (That's an Acclamator exploding in the foreground) Battle of Corellia 04 (The frigates come marching in) Battle of Corellia 05 (Possibly my favorite next to 01) X-wing squadrons preparing to enter the combat I have more screenies of the Corellia fight if anyone wants to see them.

I also changed their formation and gave them different altitudes when in formation. Notice how much better it looks, especially from a distance. I also changed the numbers and formations for the other fighters.
