Smuggler and Officer expertise is on Test Center, GCW revamp is on Test Center, Player Bases are back on Test Center (don't think you can place em tho, you can destroy existing ones with a group), Double Toolbar is back, and there is a resizable Radar, as well as smuggling system in place for Smugglers. Yes it appears that they will not be making a CU emu, but they have released all the files necessary to code one, but they won't be doing it.
