Can someone translate this for me?

Recommended Posts

A friend uses this as his 'Away' message on AIM:

Kamome wa jiyuu ni asonde iru;

Doko e tori wa tonde yuku no darou...

Tsurete itte.

The online translators don't recognize it as Japanese or Korean. Can someone translate this for me and tell me what language this is?

Anime lyrics...'Sasha Nein' from the LJ USES OUTLAW STAR LYRICS AS HIS AWAY MESSAGE!?

Okay that pretty much was 'out-of-character'.

That's right, I had a conversation with 'Agent Nein', from the famous Agent Nein Livejournal, over AIM. He stays 'in-character', but man, that Away message pretty much destroys the fourth wall...

T______T I mean, I get that it's all pretty much fanfiction taken to the extreme, but if you're using that profile for talking with your 'fangirls', don't make an Away message that pretty much reveals you're really an anime fangirl or something.

...I just told 'him' (on AIM right now) about it. 'He's' kept silent for a while. BUSTED...

...Well no, 'he' claims that one of the fangirls sent him the song.

In the interest of the 'fourth wall', I shall, remain, 'in-character' and believe 'him' for now.

I hate Sasha on LJ. He's an assface.

For what's it worth, LJ Sasha can be pretty funny.

Having this conversation (right now as I'm posting this), it's going very well.

I wouldn't want to post the entire thing, its a private conversation, but here's one of my favourite parts so far.

xxxx@gmail.com (2:56:23 PM): ...somehow, I don't think any of them really get what you're doing to their minds...like, the allure of merit badges and your famous status aren't positive beacons to them...

...child endagerment...and the fact that little kids are going into you underground lab is kinda creepy in retrospect..

Agent701355 (2:56:32 PM): oh, it's hardly endangerment

Agent701355 (2:56:35 PM): it's... an adventure

Agent701355 (2:56:40 PM): kids love adventures

Agent701355 (2:57:10 PM): if nothing else, i have taught them not to trust eccentric single german men

XD He's a likable guy...once in a while *I have experienced his jerkiness at some points*

All right, let's get things straight here.

First of all, me and Sasha Nein on LJ are not the same person.

Second of all, don't start this "breaking the fourth wall" mess, because I (and I'm not a fangirl, thanks) sent him the song and I didn't even REALISE that it had anything to do with the Outlaw Star anime. It's a song by Emiko Shiratori that I happen to like a lot and decided to send him because I knew he'd like it, too. There's nothing so amazingly OOC about liking a decent song like that. He merely included those sections of the lyrics because they were rather meaningful to him.

The end.

(Yes, I am Val from LJ.)

I've lied at least half my life away, so I know lying, I know how to lie, I know how to talk your way around things and, as such, I know how to identify lying. In other words...

i kno sashas & thats no sasha.

Now not that you ARE "Sasha Nein," no why would I imply that, however you seem to be demanding that Sasha is being "in character" and that it was "meaningful to him." Et cetera et cetera et cetera. I doubt the normal "Sasha" would say anything besides "hm" at that song, mainly because that's... you know, "Sasha."

By singling yourself out as NOT A SASHA NEIN FANGIRL, you try to eliminate yourself from the runnings - not that you ARE "Sasha Nein" - and yet you leave one fatal mistake, or "Sasha" does.

That icon. Specifically, of vpf drinking the coffee, claiming she is "so blogging this." Now maybe it's just me but Sasha doesn't seem to be the type to make an icon of his "ttl intrnet pallzz!!" And, of everyone else, I really don't know any folk who use photos of their "friends" for icons.

Not that you are Agent Nein, the evidence is just outstanding.

it's the dickweeds like me that become attorneys. sorry.

Oh really? I'm afraid I've been writing/playing video games/whatever for too long to not know how someone (character or not) would react to something.

And I'm his friend, not a fangirl. I'd rather shoot myself in the head than be grouped with them.

By the way, the "I'm so blogging this" chick drinking coffee is NOT me, but another friend. He did, however, make an icon of me with some chicken and waffles.
