I am making a new mod and i am replacing uselss crystals with better crystals or making brand new ones I have already replaced The Rulbat(ok i can't spell) crystal with a better crystal, the bondar crystal is next on the list but i still need some more info what crystals would people like to see changed what would you like to see in the new crystals (stat wise or if you have an idea share it with me(you will get credit for it) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TheProphet Posted April 26, 2008 Share Posted April 26, 2008 As far as replacing old crystals, I am not sure exactly what traits I would like to see replaced, I'll have to do some research on that, but for making new ones there are a lot of possibilities. Customization is a really great thing in RPG's so I think you're concept is good. I would, however, strongly advise against calling it Ultimate Crystal Mod, there are far too many ULTIMATE [insert Thing Here] MODs out there right now and the names really lack originality. TriggerGod Posted April 26, 2008 Share Posted April 26, 2008 You should make the rare crystals (Kaibur, that blue one, the Quixoni, and Solari) and make them like Demi-god items. and the Hurrikane (Cut Crystal found on the cut area in the Trayus Grounds (The module once called the prison) A true god item (With 10+ Attributes, and some feats that make you stronger, like Toughness, and the Class specific feats, like Jump and Immunity) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've made a Class Helping Items (Linky ) and I've been working on a special band and implant update (upgrades many implants (Makes e_imp4_09 and 10 practically god items) and some bands) So with my Upgrades and your crystals.. we can do it! 90SK Posted April 26, 2008 Share Posted April 26, 2008 My only suggestion is not to name the mod "Ultimate ________ Mod". It's getting SO repetitive. I mean, I'm not against using the term "ultimate" in the mod title, just...something a little less tired would be nice. But yeah, it's a decent idea for a mod. Good luck! Researching on wookieepedia is always a good idea, to make sure your stuff is in context with the rest of the universe. It's kinda fun making items that actually make sense in star wars, you know? Drizzt312 Posted May 2, 2008 Author Share Posted May 2, 2008 ok so i have upgraded like 4 of the crystals(most notably the Kaibbuur and Solari crystal) and made like 6 brand new crystals overriding 6 of the crappy game crystals(Rubbat and Nextor among others). And it will be out at kotorfiles soon! I am waiting on permission from T7nowhere (i already asked darth333 and she thinks that i should double check with T7nowhere and i agree) so watch the forums and keep tabs on kotorfiles it shall be there soon!
