I hate that answer. -_-

Lol.

Yeah, I'm afraid I am advancing but it's still a case of 'when it's done'.

On the upside though, I have just finished by only coursework due in this 'semester', I finally have an empty Coruscant bug list, and will be attempting a bug free play through tomorrow.

Wish me luck.:D

Do you mean in the trailer or the pics?

The textures in game have exactly the same resolution as Kotor2, they might just not have come up as well when I was taking pictures/recording footage.

You mean like just 256x256 pixels at 72ppi ?

The ship looks like it has even smaller size.... which "kills" it... really for an object that size I'dd go for 1024x1024 minimum.

Else you're stretching like 1pix over a 2 miles... gives ugly results...

Bit smaller, but there is a logic behind it. The ship's meant to be made out of an odd material, hence it's fuuggly look.

Hopefully it'll work in game.

Just a quick post to say that I've set up a blog so people can see more precisely what's going on with this mod's progression.

Also means that mods won't have to worry about people posting asking for updates hopefully. :)

Nice work so far. WHen I had K2 installed it was because a friends lent it to me hopefully I will be able to buy it soon. Cant wait for this mod it truly is the closest thing to K3. Keep up the good work ;)

Well everyone has his tastes on what what should look like :p

It gives uppportunity for long discussions on how it should be. :xp:

My guess would be that this thing is more "Organic" ( it reminds me of a hammerhead shark) then that its made of steel or sci-fi equivalent.

Good guess. ;)

You mean something like the Vongs? Well, True Sith are unknown race, so they could have made a contact with Vongs.

Anyways, i like the blood-red ships.

Hi all.

This week, after finishing the current bug list, I finally got around to finishing up all the textures.

One of the constructive criticisms I've received a few times is concerning the slightly messy or 'busy' look of the droid moon. I've just finished re-doing them all, so here's some pics and any feedback is always helpful. :)

Module in second screenshot is Trayus Core? It's hard to recognize. For me, at least.

Looks much better now! (well, I liked textures you made before...) Can't wait for more :)

Are the grids on the walls and floors supposed to be black tiles with white grout between them, or silver bars with black space behind them? Either way, I agree that they need a bit more care so that they line up on all 4 sides, to create a continuous pattern. That's a much better banner of HK-47, it has nice subtle clothlike ripples.

They aren't aligned very well, you can see the bars are disconnected.

True, but I think it'd take me ages to correct and get them just right. :)

I'm not too sure what I was going for to be honest.

I think I was channeling a holodeck for some reason. I thought it just looked a bit 'droid-ey'.

Wouldn't droids prefer metal plating to that?

Yeah, but since his droid revolution was underfunded, HK-47 got everything off ebay. 'Pseudo-tech' floor panels from Fondor was the best he could afford. :)

Oh, ok.

Umm, couldn't they have gotten whatever they needed from the shipswrecks around Malachor V though?

I'm asking because those lines just don't look like they quite fit with '47.
