It doesn't just sound hard to make, it will be hard to make.

There are only a few people in history to make a complete total conversion mod. Soon, Doc V and Trex will be added to the list, but they've taken much time to do their mods. For this mod, you'd need to re-write every single quest, weapon, make new NPC models and textures, several thousand new scripts.

Even if it is just an add on, you'd need to do quite a bit of work.

The models will be the hardest. The Alien was designed by the Swiss artist and surrealist H.R. Giger, which has done very bizarre but extremely detailed works of art. Trying to model something as detailed as that would take far too long and is way too ambitious of a project.

If you'd like to spend several years working on it, then go ahead. No one is able to take a project of this magnitude as a request.

It might as well be worth changing the hard to make to impossible.

 

The engine and game system just isn't suited to Alien versus Predator.

 

Now this may be me being stupid, but aren't there already AvP games? And if so, why would you want to convert KoTOR into one?

I'm fairly certain that you couldn't even model a Predator, much less and Alien, and get it to work in KotOR. And without Aliens and Predators, the whole idea kinda gets lost...

Nope. As of now, there is only 1 total conversion mod that's....even nearing completion. After 4 years, that is!

 

There have been many attempts at doing this, but just remember this:

Let's say Lucasarts needs a group of 100 programmers to create this game. Can we expect 1 modder to create a whole new game? No.
