Rogue15
got bored after trying to reach my sister and brother-in-law and they never pick the phone up or want to do anything so i said hell with them, and went to the movie theater by myself to watch Saw VI. i'd have rather gone to see men who stare at goats, but i didn't feel like driving an hour away to see it by myself, and didn't feel like calling up my unemployed buddy cause he takes as long as a woman to get ready to do anything, even with an hour notice. times like this i miss having my own place where i can get drunk off my ass and not have to get the retarded disapproval rating from my parents. can't wait to get my ****ing xbox back. edlib
I woke up again around midnight (when a warm-front came through the area and my room got really warm), and played some ODST. I must have missed you, Keyan by a couple of minutes. Added you, anyway. I should be back on later tonight. So... now I have some idea about what you might look like. (How much does your avatar character look like you? I've been told more than once that mine is pretty close.) The weather is nice this morning. I've gotta get out and get some exercise today. I think I'm going to take my iPod and head to the Cape Cod Canal.
Keyan Farlander
My avatar is just whatever the default was. Let me know what time you'll be on, and I'll get on.
edlib
Ah... Always the man of mystery. Probably around 9 tonight... unless something unexpected comes up.

edlib
I dunno... hard to say. A little bit like David Spade, I guess... Funny how the mind has to invent images to go with people when you don't have a real picture to reference. But then: Nobody I know from LF has ever looked like my mental image of them. I have a lousy record that way...

edlib
Yeah... I suppose. Got down to the canal. Only walked about half of it before I turned around (3 miles each way, give or take...) Mainly because all the rest areas are closed down for the season... and a 14-mile round-trip would be a bit of a chore without being able to make a bathroom stop or get a drink of water. Plus I got off to a later start than I had hoped, and the latter half of that trip would have been in the dark. Not a big deal... but I chose to avoid it anyway. I'm not sure how I like walking with the iPod. I think I'll leave it at home next time... It's one more item to carry on me to weigh me down... Also I found that I slowed down or sped up depending on the tempo of the music, and it was throwing my pace all off. Plus: Part of my long walks is to think deeply on subjects that are bothering me lately... and the music was distracting me from that. I like having it in the car for the drive, however. Not having to rely on the 6 CDs in my changer is a welcome change. Took the long way home, and checked out some of the sights along the way. Sure beats the city... Cmdr. Cracken
... I could have sworn I have off the asian geek vibe. Also: Another semi-dissapointing Dolphins season. Where the team does wonderful things (i.E: taking the Saints under the bus for 30 minutes of football) we can't finish a goddamned game (The Saints threw Miami under the bus for the OTHER 30 minutes of football). Apparently someone forgot to tell Miami that the game is SIXTY ****IN' MINUTES LONG. >.< ARGRGGHHHH

edlib
Heh... just played some ODST with Keyan and a student from work. Epic. I still suck at FPSes... but it was fun! We were doing WAYYYY too good at first... blowing through levels in minutes... until we upped the difficulty to "Legendary". Then it got a bit challenging. I should be able to continue the battle tomorrow night at 9-ish again. Maybe earlier. I'll let you know...
Keyan Farlander
The best part was when you sucked at driving so the other guy took over...and promptly overturned the vehicle

edlib
Well... not David Spade in personality... just somewhat vaguely in appearance... (in my mind, that is.) As far as the "super-dweeb" part... well... But then... We all post here everyday. I'd say that qualifies us all for that exclusive club.
